This level also includes a games room with a billiard table, as well as two bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms has access to a terrace. This floor functions almost as a self-contained space, making it ideal for teenagers or guests who appreciate a degree of independence.
The ground floor hosts another spacious living room with satellite TV and access to a terrace, along with a dining area seating up to ten guests. Aqualand Maspalomas and the Maspalomas Botanical Garden are around a 3-minute drive, while the Maspalomas Lighthouse can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The famous Maspalomas Dunes are also close by and offer a unique natural landscape to explore.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here in late summer when the heat was real. Mornings were slow, lots of shade in the garden, pool first thing, breakfast pushed late. The street stayed quiet all day. No traffic, no noise, just space to breathe.

Loved the mix of privacy and space
We traveled as two families with teenagers, which can get loud fast. The lower level worked perfectly for them, pool access, games room, late nights without bothering anyone. Adults stayed mostly upstairs and actually slept. We drove to the dunes one day, stayed home the next. The kitchen was used constantly and never felt too small. The booking side was easy and straight, no back and forth. What we appreciated most was not having to manage the house, it just worked.

We booked this for a birthday and didn’t want anything fancy or forced. One night turned into a long dinner by the pool, music low, people coming and going between floors. The house handled it naturally. No one felt packed in or rushed out.

Worked well for a mixed group
Our group wasn’t all the same type of travelers, and that usually causes friction. Here it didn’t. A few of us worked remotely in the mornings, others slept in, some spent hours by the pool. The house handled all of it without feeling chaotic. We liked that the games room stayed active without disturbing anyone else. Kitchen was practical for big meals, not just looks. We didn’t use concierge much, but communication before arrival was clear and fast. Overall, it felt balanced and comfortable.

Loved the space and location
Nothing here felt forced or staged. We cooked a lot, used the garden daily, and moved between floors without feeling cramped. Sonnenland stayed peaceful even at night, which mattered to us. Short drives got us everywhere, but coming back felt like switching off.

Beautiful villa for relaxed days
We were 12 and still had moments of real quiet. Some of us used the lower floor almost like a separate apartment, others stayed upstairs. Pool days were long, evenings calm. No rush, no noise, just an easy place to settle into.
