With six bathrooms in total, mornings are smooth and stress-free, even when travelling with a large group. Air conditioning throughout the accommodation keeps every room cool and comfortable during warm island days.
The fully equipped kitchen gives guests the freedom to prepare meals with ease, offering an induction hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for home-style cooking. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent 10 nights and honestly had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked, fast internet, plenty of storage, and air con in every room. Loved that each bedroom opened to its own bathroom, it made mornings effortless. The garden was peaceful and we used the pool every day. Shops and restaurants were a short drive, and parking was easy. Would happily book again for another big family trip.

Ideal house for a celebration
We stayed here for a birthday trip and it couldn’t have been better. Big bedrooms, lots of space, and no fighting over bathrooms. Outdoor dining area was perfect for BBQ nights and the garden had enough room for everyone to relax. We drove to the dunes and the Meloneras seafront a couple of times, both close enough. The pool was clean and the atmosphere was very private. A great spot for families or friends.

Excellent place for a big group holiday
We came with a mix of adults, teens and kids and this villa worked perfectly. Bedrooms were large and the fact that every room had its own bathroom was a lifesaver. AC kept the house cool and comfortable. The kitchen had everything from a coffee capsule machine to a dishwasher, so cooking for a big group was easy. We spent most evenings outside by the pool and used the terrace for long dinners. Super peaceful area but close enough to beaches and activities.

Nice and relaxing
Loved the terrace and pool. Kids enjoyed running around the garden while the adults chilled outside. Good location, quiet but still near shops and restaurants.

Great for a big family
We stayed here with 12 people and everyone had space. Bedrooms each had a bathroom which was amazing in the mornings. Garden quiet and the pool was clean. Perfect base for exploring Maspalomas.
