Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this villa for a small family reunion and loved how easy everything felt. Plenty of room for all ten of us without feeling crowded. The kids were constantly in the pool while the adults relaxed on the loungers. We did a couple of dinners on the terrace and one night out in Maspalomas after getting a few local suggestions from the agency, which were really helpful. Location feels peaceful but still close to beaches, shops and the promenade. We all left happy.

amazing holiday
We were looking for somewhere calm but still close to the coast, and this villa hit the mark. The garden and terrace felt private, so we spent a lot of time outside just relaxing. Drove to the dunes twice because they’re really close and worth exploring. House felt clean and modern, showers worked well, and the living area had plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the evenings. Pool heating was worth it too, made swimming comfortable even on a windy day.

Relaxing home in a great location
Spent just under a week here with friends and honestly enjoyed the slow routine we fell into. Some days we barely left the villa because the terrace was shaded and comfortable, and the pool felt amazing after walking around Maspalomas. Bedrooms were simple but had good AC and nice bedding. The kitchen was easy to cook in and we did breakfast there most mornings. Communication with the team was smooth, they gave us a few tips on restaurants nearby that ended up being spot on.

Perfect for our group trip
We came as two families and the place handled everyone comfortably. Mornings usually started with coffee on the terrace and then heading out to see the dunes before it got too hot. Evenings were super chill around the BBQ, and the pool stayed warm enough for a late dip. The agency helped us sort a car rental last minute, which really saved us time. Overall, great balance between quiet at home and having Meloneras close by when we wanted to go out.

Nice mix of peace and fun
We enjoyed the calm neighbourhood but could get to Playa del Inglés quickly whenever we wanted more action. Pool was warm, kitchen had what we needed, and afternoons on the terrace were the best. Would come back.

Loved the outdoor space
The terrace was our favourite part, lots of privacy and surprisingly quiet. We grilled a few nights and just relaxed outside. The kids loved the pool, and everything was spotless when we arrived. Perfect base near Meloneras.
