On this level, there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, safe and TV, suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A guest toilet completes the ground floor layout.
On the first floor, guests will find three additional bedrooms, each with its own modern en-suite bathroom, a safe and a TV. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to a furnished balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. To accommodate larger groups, a small extra room with a bunk bed provides sleeping space for two additional guests. From this level, stairs lead to a furnished rooftop terrace that offers sun all day long and open views.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were 9 people and had tons of space. The living room was bright, good seating, big TV, and the kitchen had everything to cook proper meals. Bathrooms had great showers and good towels. The rooftop terrace became our favourite spot in the evenings because of the view and warm weather. Pool was clean and heated which made a huge difference. Maspalomas centre and beaches were super close by car. Really enjoyed this place.

Lovely family holiday home
We stayed here with kids and grandparents and it worked perfectly. One bedroom downstairs made it easy for the older ones, and the extra bunk room was great for the children. Kitchen was fully equipped, had everything from coffee machine to cookware. The rooftop terrace was amazing for sunbathing and relaxing. We also appreciated how clean the bathrooms were. Booking was super easy and communication with the agency was friendly and quick. Fantastic week overall.

Stunning villa, everything we needed
This place was spotless, modern and really comfortable. We came as a group of friends and having a bathroom for every bedroom was such a luxury. The living room opened to the garden, so we were outside most of the time. We swam every day in the heated saltwater pool and used the terrace for dinners and late-night chats. Maspalomas beach and dunes were just a short drive away. Easy parking and quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely book again.

Nice and peaceful
Really comfortable beds, modern showers, good Wi-Fi and air con everywhere. Close enough to beaches and restaurants but still calm. Plenty of space for everyone. We had a lovely time.

Great villa in Maspalomas
Everything felt new and very clean. The rooftop terrace was great for morning coffee and sunshine. Kids loved the pool and we used the outdoor dining area almost every night. Would gladly return.

Beautiful modern place
We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The rooms were bright and comfy, each with a bathroom which was super handy. Pool warm, quiet area, shops close by. Perfect for a relaxing family stay.
