Designed across two floors, the main level features a spacious terrace with a new private saltwater pool measuring 5.80 x 3.00 x 1.40 m, a Balinese daybed, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with table, chairs and comfortable sofas. Large sliding glass doors connect the terrace to the open-plan living room and kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy sea views from indoors. The living area includes a 65" Smart TV with international channels, while the fully equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, Italian and filter coffee makers, wine fridge and all necessary cooking utensils. This level includes one bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a walk-in wardrobe, along with a modern bathroom with shower. A private garage provides secure parking space for two cars, and the outdoor areas include landscaped spaces for relaxing in the fresh air.
The upper floor, accessed by stairs, includes a master bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), and a bedroom with a trundle bed that can convert into two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). A bathroom with shower serves this floor, and a furnished outdoor terrace offers impressive panoramic sea views. Altogether, the property offers four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for up to eight guests.
All bedrooms include air conditioning (hot/cold) and high-speed Wi-Fi at 300 Mbps. Pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge of 210€ per week, paid in cash on arrival, with a maximum water temperature of 27ºC. Guests are asked to request this service at least five days in advance. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. For stays longer than eight nights, a weekly full cleaning service is included, with fresh towels, bed linen and pool maintenance twice per week. As the holiday home is located in a residential area, parties, unregistered guests and shishas inside the property are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We came as two families and had plenty of room. The house is modern, bright and really well equipped, especially the kitchen. Pool was perfect for the kids and we used the outdoor dining area every day. Being so close to Las Burras Beach was a big win, we just grabbed towels and went. Loved the terrace upstairs at sunset, very peaceful. Shops, restaurants and even the supermarket were just a short walk. This was one of the easiest and most relaxing holidays we’ve had.

Felt like a private little paradise
The booking was simple and the agent helped us arrange pool heating ahead of time. Totally worth it, the water stayed warm day and night. Bedrooms were cozy, good closets, and the bathrooms were spotless. We appreciated having a garage, especially at night. The living room opened straight to the terrace, so we spent most evenings outside. Really enjoyed how quiet the neighbourhood was while still being close to everything. Great stay overall.

Amazing beachfront getaway
House looked exactly like the photos, maybe even better. Having coffee on the upstairs terrace and listening to the waves was the best part of the morning. Kids loved having their own rooms and the trundle bed setup worked great. Pool area was clean and well maintained. The TV had international channels so we could chill after the beach. We visited Maspalomas dunes and Yumbo Center, both were super close by. Would totally book again.

Modern, clean and super convenient
We stayed 10 nights and everything was smooth from start to finish. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, lots of space for an outdoor lunch or late-night chats. Kitchen had everything, from a wine fridge to different coffee makers. The pool heating fee was clear and it worked well. Loved how easy it was to walk to restaurants and beaches without needing a car every day. Neighbours were quiet and the area felt very safe. Perfect spot for a relaxed beach holiday.

Great beach location
We stayed here for a week and hardly used the car. Beach was a 2 min walk, shops and restaurants just around the corner. House was modern, clean, and the pool was warm. Super easy holiday spot.
