At the entrance, on the right-hand side, is the first king-size bedroom. This floor also includes the kitchen, living room, and a guest toilet, all offering wonderful views of the pool. A side door from the kitchen connects directly to the barbecue area. On the first floor, three additional bedrooms are located, including one en suite with its own bathroom and private terrace. The terrace of the suite provides panoramic views of the Maspalomas Dunes and Lighthouse, creating a truly scenic setting.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We traveled with another couple and 3 teens, and the layout gave everyone their own space. The ground-floor bedroom next to the living room was perfect for my parents, while we took the suite upstairs with the private terrace and those crazy dune views. Mornings usually started with coffee outside, then workouts in the little fitness space before heading out. The agency helped us arrange an early check-in so we could drop our bags, and even shared a few local recommendations for dinner near the lighthouse. Evenings were spent by the pool or in the jacuzzi, and the neighborhood felt really safe and quiet. Honestly a great choice if you want comfort but also quick access to Meloneras.

Loved the modern feel of the villa
The house felt brand new and really spacious. We used the outdoor barbecue twice and it was great having the kitchen door opening straight into that area. The suite upstairs with its terrace was the highlight for us, you can actually see the lighthouse from there. Booking was easy and the agency sent us tips about where to eat on Boulevard El Faro, which helped a lot.

Calm place with great views
We stayed with friends for a short break and loved waking up to those dune views from the top terrace. The bedrooms were cool and comfy, AC worked perfectly. Most afternoons we just relaxed around the pool and the jacuzzi, super quiet area and close enough to Meloneras Beach.
