Two additional bedrooms each include two single beds, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds also offers terrace access. This level is completed by a bathroom with shower for shared use.
On the ground floor, guests will find another bedroom with a double bed, along with a full bathroom with shower. A fully equipped kitchen provides all necessary appliances for preparing meals at home, while the dining room, pantry and living area offer comfortable indoor spaces for relaxing and spending time together. Large doors open directly onto the private terrace, which is furnished for outdoor dining and leads to the shared garden.
The communal outdoor areas include a well-maintained garden and a shared swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 2.0m, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the sunshine. The accommodation also offers private parking for up to four vehicles, a valuable convenience for guests travelling with multiple cars.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a group of 10 friends and had a brilliant stay. Big living room, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace that opened straight to the garden. We used the shared pool every day and walked to the beach for morning swims. Bedrooms had enough space and good storage. Parking for multiple cars was a big plus. Super easy location, fun atmosphere and lots to do within walking distance. Would happily return.

Relaxing and super convenient
We spent a week here and honestly didn’t need the car much. Beach, supermarket, bars, everything was around the corner. The shared pool was quiet most of the time and the garden was perfect for reading in the shade. Each bedroom felt private, and having three bathrooms was great. We visited Maspalomas Dunes and Yumbo Center, both close by. House was comfy and practical, nothing complicated.

Loved being right on the seafront
The location was unbeatable. We walked along the promenade at sunset almost every evening. The house was bright, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good showers. The living room opened to a furnished terrace, so we ate outside most nights. Kids loved the pool after the beach. The host was friendly and the booking process was smooth. Great place for a big family.

Amazing holiday spot for families
We travelled with kids and grandparents and this house worked perfectly. Two bedrooms had access to a terrace, so mornings were super peaceful with coffee and sea views. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked most breakfasts and lunches. Private parking made things so easy, especially with two cars. We spent the days swimming at the beach and the shared pool, both only steps away. The area felt safe and had loads of restaurants. A great place to relax.

Good for groups
We came with friends and the parking for multiple cars was really helpful. Enjoyed dining outside on the terrace. Pool wasn’t crowded and everything felt easy and calm.

Perfect location
Waking up, grabbing towels and walking straight to the beach was amazing. The terrace was great for evenings, and we used the kitchen a lot. Shops and restaurants just steps away. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great beach house
We stayed here as a family of 8 and loved being so close to the sea. Literally a minute to the beach. The bedrooms were bright, the house was clean and the shared pool was perfect after long beach days. Very relaxed holiday.
