All five bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom enjoys panoramic ocean views and features two single beds that can be joined into a double, along with a TV, table and chairs and a cot. Three additional bedrooms each include two single beds that can also be converted to doubles, and the fifth bedroom features bunk beds, perfect for children. Every bedroom has its own TV for quiet evenings or lazy mornings.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Honestly couldn’t get closer to the sea without being in it. The natural lagoon and dunes right outside were beautiful. The house had everything - strong Wi-Fi, satellite TV, good kitchen equipment and plenty of towels. Bedrooms were quiet at night and the AC kept them cool. We visited Yumbo one evening and it was just a short drive. Great mix of nature and nearby restaurants. Definitely a special place.

Wonderful experience from start to finish
Booking was simple and the check-in smooth. The house looked exactly like the photos - modern, clean and incredibly close to the beach. Kids loved having TVs in their rooms, and we used the outdoor shower after swimming in the sea. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well and the laundry room was helpful for longer stays. We did long walks through the dunes and along the shore. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Ideal villa for a beachfront holiday
We came as two families and this house made everything easy. Every bedroom having its own bathroom meant mornings were stress-free, even with kids. The living room had big windows with ocean views and we often ate breakfast watching the waves. Kitchen was well equipped and we barbecued a few nights. The rooftop terrace was perfect for sunset drinks. Location couldn’t be better - dunes, lighthouse and restaurants all within walking distance. A truly relaxing stay.

Stunning beach house
We stayed here for a week and the views were unreal. Woke up looking at the sea every morning. Bedrooms were big, comfy and all had bathrooms, which was super useful. Could walk to the dunes in minutes. One of our best trips.
