This charming holiday villa sits in the Torviscas hills of Costa Adeje, in a peaceful residential setting with fantastic ocean and sunset views. Designed for a relaxing family stay, the accommodation offers a private swimming pool, spacious terraces, a garden and everything needed for a comfortable holiday in the south of Tenerife.
The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each, making it suitable for families or groups. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided, and the villa is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher for convenience.
Inside, guests will find a large living room with satellite TV and free WiFi, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer and kettle. The outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying Tenerife's warm climate, with several furnished terraces, a barbecue area and private pool overlooking the coast.
Bathroom facilities include three bathrooms equipped with shower or Jacuzzi, along with a hair dryer and ironing equipment.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were two families travelling together and the villa worked perfectly. Each family had their own rooms and there was enough space so no one felt crowded. The kids loved the pool while we relaxed on the terrace. Plenty of seating inside and out, plus a dishwasher and washing machine which made things easier. It was also nice that beach towels were included, one less thing to pack.

Loved the sunsets and the privacy
The hillside location was a big plus. Quiet, peaceful and with a beautiful view over the ocean. We spent evenings grilling and watching the sky change colours. Inside, everything was clean and the kitchen was very practical. We also visited Siam Park since it was only a few minutes away. Comfortable, simple and a great spot if you want a relaxing holiday without noise.

Smooth booking and friendly communication
We booked through the agency and everything went smoothly from the start. Quick replies, simple instructions, and the villa looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was lovely and the terraces had sunshine most of the day. We cooked most nights and ate outside because the weather was great. Big thanks to the team for helping us with taxi bookings and recommending restaurants nearby.

Great base for exploring the south
We stayed one week with friends and rented a car, which was a good idea because the beaches and restaurants are a few minutes away. The villa was spacious and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Kitchen had everything, even a juicer for fresh orange juice in the morning. The neighbourhood is calm, no noise at night, and the view of the coast was really special. Good value and we all enjoyed it.

Easy family holiday
The kids spent most of the time in the pool and we used the barbecue twice. Beds were comfy and the villa felt very safe. We would happily come back next summer.

Great terrace views
We stayed for five nights and loved sitting outside in the evenings. The view over Costa Adeje and the ocean was amazing. Villa was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area but easy drive to restaurants.
