There are also 3 bathrooms, each equipped with either a bath or a shower, offering convenience and privacy for every room.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We travelled as a family of 5, the villa had everything we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful, with lovely walks and scenery. The villa was very clean with a modern kitchen. The pool was the perfect size for the kids. A lovely and relaxing holiday. The staff including cleaners, pool attendant were polite and respectful. The welcome pack was a wonderful gesture. Birthday week in the sun
Came to celebrate my partner’s birthday and the villa was ideal. Spent most afternoons by the pool, and the barbecue was a lifesaver because we didn’t have to cook inside. Supermarket and restaurants just a few steps away. We even tried paddleboarding nearby. House was clean and beds felt new. Great spot for a slow, sunny holiday.

Great stay with grandparents
We travelled as two adults, two kids and my parents. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, so no queues or chaos. The living room was bright and airy, and the pool area was safe and private. The beach path is lovely for evening walks. We booked through the agency and they were very easy to deal with - quick replies and no hidden charges.

Perfect for food lovers
We booked because we’d heard La Caleta is all about seafood and wow, it was true. We ate out almost every night and just walked home afterward. The villa itself had a nice homely feel, not fancy or flashy, just warm and comfortable. Pool was clean, sunbeds new, and the barbecue got a lot of use. Having three bathrooms was great for our group of friends. Would happily come back.

Nice family break
Took the kids for a short holiday and they pretty much lived in the pool. Bedrooms were big and beds comfy. Sun all day in the garden and no noise at night. Great for a chilled trip.

Loved the location
We stayed one week and hardly used the car. Walked to the sea every morning, bakery next door, amazing food everywhere. The house was spotless and the pool area was super quiet. Would definitely choose La Caleta again.
