Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place for a group trip celebrating a birthday and it couldn’t have been better. The whole villa felt peaceful, from the garden paths to the little gazebo where we spent a couple of late nights just listening to the ocean. The living room view over the sea and mountains was stunning at sunset. The kitchen made cooking easy, so we stayed in more than expected. A member of our group asked the agency about local spots, and they sent through some really good recommendations, including a restaurant in La Caleta that became our favourite. We also visited Aqualand one day which was an easy drive. Perfect mix of quiet surroundings and access to things to do.

Great week for our group
We were 10 people and honestly the space was perfect for us. Each bedroom felt different, and everyone appreciated having proper bathrooms with good showers and even a jacuzzi in one of them. Most mornings we spread out between the yoga area and the terrace while someone made breakfast in the big kitchen. One day we drove to Los Gigantes for a boat trip, another we tried Playa Paraiso just for a chill day on the sand. The pool stayed warm all week, and having AC inside was a big plus after long days in the sun.

Loved the Balinese vibe
Came with two couples and a few friends, and the villa felt even better than the photos. The Balinese touches gave it a super relaxing vibe. We used the outdoor gazebo most evenings just talking and enjoying the warm weather. Booking was easy and the agent gave us a few tips for beaches and places to eat around La Caleta, which helped a lot.

Peaceful spot with amazing views
We stayed here as a family of eight and loved how calm the whole place felt. Waking up to the sea and the banana fields every morning was unreal. The garden was huge and the kids used the pool nonstop. Great base near Playa Paraiso but still super quiet.

Paradise
You don't need to look any further, this property ticks all the boxes. This property inside and out was big enough for all, the outside space, a great pool was the best bit. We planned to go out more but with the villa being so good and children enjoying the pool we only went out a couple of occasions on our 8 night stay. We're already in talks to stay again. Thank you for the memories we all have.

Amazing villa, Great host
Just got back from the Tenerife. The villa lived up to all our expectations and more. Beautiful gardens and the pool was amazing. Every room was air conditioned and towels supplied even for the pool area. Everyone of us had an amazing time and spent quite a lot of time in the villa enjoying the facilities. Can't recommend enough and will definitely be looking to return someday soon.

The ultimate experience!
We stayed here for 9 days for a henny and can honestly say it was the most stunning villa! the housekeeper was hugely helpful and went over and beyond for us. The villa has everything, it is modern, clean, full of technology and has incredible social areas. Literally had 9 days of luxury and my only negative was that we didn't stay longer! Couldn't recommend the hideaway enough!
