The entire home has a clean contemporary style, high-quality materials, and a focus on eco-friendly living through its own solar power system.
The ground floor features a bright living area with large window fronts that open directly to the terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and offers plenty of room for shared meals. This floor includes two double bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. From the living area, you can step out to a spacious terrace with lounge areas, landscaped gardens and a heated pool.
The upper floor mirrors the high standard of the main level. Guests will find two additional double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom finished with elegant materials. There is also an open living area with a fully equipped second kitchen, offering flexibility and comfort for two families or groups travelling together. An adjoining terrace provides relaxing outdoor seating and exceptional views of the sea and the island of La Gomera, perfect for sunsets. An elevator connects both floors, making the villa fully accessible.
In total, the property includes 4 bathrooms with showers, plus a separate guest toilet. All living and sleeping areas are fitted with modern air-conditioning for cooling or heating depending on the season.
Outside, the accommodation offers a heated pool for year-round swimming, sun loungers, chill-out zones and a private garden. Private parking is available on the property, including a charging station for electric cars. The layout allows both levels to function as two independent apartments if required.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Very clean, fresh, and everything new. Beds comfy, showers great, and AC kept the place cool. Walked to restaurants every night so we barely used the car. Would happily return.

Perfect for beach days
Couldn’t beat the location. We literally took towels and walked straight to the sand. Pool was warm, garden quiet, and the house had everything for cooking at home.

Even though Las Américas is lively, the villa itself felt calm and private. Loved sitting out at night with the garden lights on. Friendly check-in and spotless rooms.

Family trip turned out amazing
We booked for a small family gathering and ended up barely leaving the villa. Two terraces meant sun or shade all day, and the upstairs lounge had a great sea view. Having bathrooms for every room made mornings painless. The pool stayed warm even when the wind picked up, and the big sliding doors made the living space super open. Restaurants and shops were a short walk, so no driving stress. A very easy, relaxing stay.

Great base for beach + Siam Park
We picked this place because it's close to the beach and Siam Park, and it was spot on. Kids spent mornings in the pool, afternoons at the water park, evenings eating outside. The house looked just like the photos - modern, airy, and really clean. The elevator helped with luggage and groceries. Loved having a proper kitchen with good appliances, not the usual “basic holiday stuff.” Strong Wi-Fi too.

Eco and comfy
The solar system was a cool touch. AC worked well without wasting energy, and everything felt modern and well designed. We grilled outside a couple of nights and had breakfast upstairs with sea views. Bathrooms were high quality and water pressure was great. The beach path was literally around the corner, so walking everywhere became our routine. Quiet street and private parking made it easy.

Loved the split layout
We stayed as two families and having kitchens on both floors was super handy. Kids could crash downstairs while we chilled on the terrace. Beach in two minutes, pool warm every day. Great week.
