This spacious holiday home is a private bungalow-style villa set in the peaceful Alamo Park area of Golf del Sur. Surrounded by mature terraced gardens and accessed through a gated entrance, it offers tranquility, privacy and generous outdoor living areas. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the accommodation comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and is designed for relaxed family holidays or small groups looking for comfort and space.
The villa has the rare advantage of two private swimming pools: a heated pool at the front terrace and a second unheated pool positioned at the rear. The front terrace provides shaded and sunny areas for lounging, sunbathing and outdoor dining. Sunbeds are available for guests, along with a dining area ideal for enjoying meals by the pool. Stepped access with a handrail makes entering the heated pool easy and safe.
Entering through the hallway, guests will find a spacious and bright living area with an adjoining dining room. The dining space includes a large table seating 6-8 guests and has a serving hatch connecting directly to the kitchen for convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island, two fridge-freezers, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a 10kg washing machine. Cupboards and storage areas provide ample space for groceries and supplies.
The sleeping layout includes four comfortable bedrooms:
- The master bedroom features a king-size bed (150cm), fitted wardrobes and a modern en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 2 includes two single beds (90cm), fitted wardrobes, drawer units and an en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom 3 offers two single beds (90cm) with fitted wardrobes. - Bedroom 4 is the largest of the rooms and includes a super-king bed (180cm), free-standing double wardrobe and bedside units.
A family bathroom sits between bedrooms 2 and 3, offering a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and storage unit. In total, the villa includes three full bathrooms.
Guests benefit from high-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in every room except the kitchen, ceiling fan, cable TV and a private table tennis area. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request for families travelling with children.
The property spans approximately 600 m² of usable space, with large terraces and outdoor areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. Private parking is available on the property for convenience.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Very private location and no noise. Perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything and more. Plenty of room for 8 people without feeling crowded.

Relaxing villa in a great location
This was our first time in Golf del Sur and we really enjoyed it. The villa was quiet but still near shops, bars and the coast. The master bedroom was comfortable and the AC kept the rooms cool. The kitchen was bigger than expected, with two fridges which helped a lot for a longer stay. We watched the sunset from the terrace and had long evenings outside. Loved the privacy and the gardens.

Perfect set-up for families with kids
We came with 4 adults and 4 kids and the house fit us perfectly. Kids jumped between the pools, table tennis, and just running in the garden. The big bedroom and en-suite bathrooms made mornings simple. Supermarkets, restaurants and beach walks close by. We stayed one week and didn’t feel like leaving at all. Very safe residential area and the gated entrance gave peace of mind. Great value for the space you get.

Very smooth booking and super comfy stay
We booked last minute and the communication with the agency was easy and fast. Check-in instructions were clear and everything worked as promised. The villa was spotless, with towels, AC in the bedrooms and a kitchen stocked with everything. We used the BBQ several times and the outdoor dining area was lovely. Both pools were clean, and sunbeds were plenty. We would happily book with the same agency again.

Two pools made it perfect for our group
We were two families travelling together and everyone had space. The heated pool in the front was used every day, while the second pool was great for afternoon dips. Bedrooms were large, WiFi strong and parking inside the gate was convenient. We walked to restaurants most evenings, which made it easy. The whole villa felt safe, quiet and private. A great place to switch off and enjoy the sunshine.

Nice family holiday

Great villa for a chilled week
We loved how quiet the area was. Two pools were a big win, especially the heated one for mornings. The house was spacious and the outdoor space was huge. Shops and restaurants close enough to walk.
