Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here as a group of 10, and it was perfect. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. Loved the outdoor BBQ area and the spacious terrace. The concierge team gave us great tips on where to eat and what to do. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Best holiday in Tenerife so far!!
We've been to Costa Adeje a few times, but this villa was by far the best! The location is spot on-close to beaches, restaurants, and Siam Park. The game room was a hit with the kids, and we spent so much time in the pool just soaking in the views. Also, big thanks to the agency for making everything so easy-airport transfer, bookings, all sorted. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway
Loved every minute at this home. Super quiet, comfy beds, and the Balinese gazebo was such a nice touch. Close to everything but still peaceful. Would book again for sure!

A dream villa with insane views!!
Stayed here for a week, and WOW… this place is next level! The infinity pool alone is worth it-sunsets over La Gomera were unreal. Super spacious, super clean, and the outdoor area was perfect for BBQ nights. The concierge team was so helpful, even arranged a private chef one night. Already planning our next trip!

best house ever!
We stayed at this beautiful villa over Easter. The staff were very responsive and helpful from the beginning and met us at the property to show us around. It’s in a fantastic location with amazing views overlooking the sea and the coast. I can’t wait to stay here again. I Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa with amazing views
We had great stay , location was very close to all amenities. The villa is beautifull and cosy. Garden is lovely and well maintened with a great terrace to have your breakfast or diner. More than enough sunbeds at the awsome pool. Would definitely stay here again next time in Tenerife.

WOW!!!
An exceptional luxury experience. Our stay at this luxury villa was the best I have had in 8 years of coming to the island. Whether you wanted to relax by the pool, go out to parties or experience the Adeje area, the location was ideal. The kitchen and dining room was light and spacious and the bathrooms meticulous. The host was meticulous and extremely helpful pre and during our stay. The beds were very comfortable with new air-conditioning units in each room...was a blessing.I would highly recommend this villa and look forward to booking it again next year.
