This modern coastal accommodation in Amarilla Golf offers a relaxing setting just steps from the ocean, with uninterrupted views across the Atlantic and the volcanic landscape of southern Tenerife. Designed for families, small groups and golf lovers, the holiday home features a private heated pool, a sun-drenched terrace and a bright, welcoming interior.
The villa has three comfortable bedrooms and sleeps up to six guests. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds, and the third bedroom has a second king-size bed. There are two bathrooms in total, both with modern fittings and fresh towels provided.
Inside, the living room provides a relaxing place to unwind, complete with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and everything needed for home cooking. A washing machine is provided for longer stays, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The outdoor spaces are designed for enjoying Tenerife's warm weather. A private heated pool is available year-round, surrounded by garden furniture and sunbathing areas. The double-fronted terrace faces the ocean, offering spectacular panoramic views over the coastline, mountains and Mount Teide. There is also a barbecue for relaxed dinners at home.
The villa is only a short walk from restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets. Playa El Barranco is around 50 metres away, making it easy to enjoy swimming, snorkelling or sunset walks by the sea. Guests have free parking directly on the property.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had a lovely relaxing week here and can't fault it. The villa has recently been upgraded with a new kitchen and bathrooms and has everything we needed. The view from the pool deck is what is really worthy of note. This really is front line to the ocean. No side on peak of a bit of blue sea....its full frontal clear unobstructed ocean view. I would definitely recommend a car or a large budget taxi. It's our new favorite villa.

Ocean on your doorstep
Spent my birthday here with friends and didn’t regret it. The terrace faces the sea, so we sat outside until late every night listening to the waves. Plenty of space inside, good Wi-Fi, and the kitchen was proper - we even cooked fresh fish we bought in the village. The pool was warmer than expected, and sunbeds were comfortable. Great spot for anyone who wants sun, sea and calm days without crowds.

So relaxing and easy
We came with two kids, and honestly it was the most stress-free holiday we’ve had in years. The pool is private, heated, and not too deep, so the kids played safely. Having a washing machine was a lifesaver for beach days. The beach is literally a couple minutes away, and we even tried snorkelling at Playa El Barranco. Quiet nights, warm mornings, and we grilled dinner almost every day. Everything felt simple and comfortable.

Perfect for golf and sunshine
We booked because of the location near Amarilla Golf and it worked out great. My husband played almost every morning and the rest of us relaxed on the terrace. The pool stayed warm, even in the afternoon wind. House was clean, beds comfortable, and the air conditioning helped a lot at night. Supermarket and small cafés were close, so we didn’t cook every day. The area feels safe and friendly, and parking right outside was a big plus.

Loved our week here
We were six adults and had plenty of space. Two bathrooms made mornings easy and the kitchen actually has everything you need, not just the basics. The heated pool was the highlight, we used it every single day. The place felt really safe and quiet at night, and we could walk to bars and restaurants without needing a car. The owner responded fast to messages, which helped when we needed an extra set of towels. Really good stay overall.

The view over the water is unreal. You sit on the terrace and just watch the boats and the mountains. Really comfortable beds and fresh towels. Perfect for relaxing and doing nothing.

Best choice for a calm holiday
Came with my parents and our baby, really chilled and easy. The pool was spotless, the living room had AC, and we ate outside almost every night. Super close to the sea, we walked to watch the sunset every evening. Would return for sure.

Great stay by the ocean
We stayed a week as a family of four and loved waking up with the ocean right in front of us. The terrace had sun all day and the pool was warm enough even in the evenings. Quiet area, slept great, beds comfy, kitchen had everything.
