Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Beach, restaurants and supermarket all nearby. No car needed most days. Pool stayed warm and the terrace was great for breakfast. The house stayed cool thanks to the AC. Also nice to have towels and beach towels provided so we didn’t need to pack much.

Relaxing break away from busy resorts
This place was perfect because it wasn’t in the middle of loud nightlife. Quiet streets, golf course next door, and still close to beaches. We stayed a week, rented a car and explored different parts of the island. At the villa we grilled, swam and read by the pool. Very chilled holiday.

Helpful host and smooth stay
Before arriving, we asked for a cot and high chair and everything was ready when we got there. The host gave tips on local places to eat and it turned out great. The villa was clean and modern, and the private entrance made it feel secure. Loved the ocean air in the mornings and watching the sunset from the terrace.

Worked perfectly for two families
We were 8 people, 5 adults and 3 kids, and the setup made life easy. Kids slept in the twin room and the sofa bed room, while adults had the doubles. The kitchen had what we needed and the washing machine was a big help. Evenings were spent outside with the barbecue, and the heated pool meant we could swim any time. Calm neighbourhood and short walk to the beach path.

Quiet and comfy spot
Spent a long weekend here and really enjoyed the peace. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast and the kids loved the pool. Nice walking paths by the ocean too.
