Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This elegant home exceeded our expectations in every way. The layout of the villa is perfect for large groups or families, with plenty of communal spaces as well as private bedrooms. The view from the pool overlooking the golf course and the ocean was absolutely stunning. We also enjoyed the convenience of being close to Playa del Duque and Los Cristianos, but still having the tranquility of the golf course. The villa is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place for a luxurious retreat in Tenerife. Highly recommended!

A fantastic family getaway
Our family of 10 had a fantastic time at this retreat. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The heated pool and sun terraces were perfect for relaxation, and we loved the fact that we were located right on the golf course. The villa is beautifully maintained, and the high-end amenities made our stay that much more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a luxury family vacation in Tenerife, this is the place!

Best time ever at an amazing villa!!
We were part of a large group celebrating a 40th birthday and New Year here at this villa and what a fantastic choice it was. The rooms were all spacious and the villa was well equipped. The view from the villa is stunning and on New Year's Day was spectacular. I highly recommend this villa, it was one of the best ever holidays!!
