The exterior areas are the highlight of this holiday home. Guests have a private swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, sunbeds, a Balinese bed and a hanging swing - all positioned to face the sea. The outdoor dining area is perfect for long lunches and dinners with the ocean as a backdrop, and the south-west orientation ensures warm, sunny weather all year round.
Inside, the villa is comfortable and welcoming. There is a spacious living room with a TV and direct access to the terrace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and features large windows with exceptional sea views. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with two 90 cm beds and air conditioning, and a second bedroom with a 1.50 m bed. There is also a separate dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is provided in the master bedroom and the kitchen.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We’ve travelled around Tenerife a few times and this was the most peaceful spot by far. We stayed 6 nights and I think we spent half that time just staring at the ocean. Jacuzzi at sunset was amazing. The beach is literally a few minutes away and the promenade to Alcalá is beautiful for morning walks. Beds were comfy, fast Wi-Fi for watching shows at night, and everything felt very well taken care of. Would happily stay again.

Relaxing family trip
Came with our teenage daughter and she loved having the pool and swing bed. We did whale watching from Los Gigantes marina, short drive away and totally worth it. The villa was spotless and felt safe. Plenty of sun all day since the terrace faces west. The air con in the bedroom was a big plus at night. Supermarket close enough to walk to, so we cooked a few times and ate outside. Great little place.

Couldn’t ask for more
We booked this place after searching for somewhere calm, away from crowds, and it delivered. We were two couples and there was more than enough space. The kitchen had huge windows looking over the ocean, so cooking didn’t feel like a chore. Pool was warm enough to use every day, even in the evening. We walked to Alcalá one morning and loved the natural pools there. Bedrooms were comfy and clean, showers worked well and the terrace was where we spent most of the time. Would absolutely return.

Dreamy ocean views
Probably the best location we’ve ever stayed at. Right on the water, no noise except the sea. The Balinese bed was our favourite spot. We walked to Playa de La Arena most days for food and swimming. Private and relaxing.

Peaceful and beautiful place
Stayed here a week and honestly didn’t want to leave. The pool and jacuzzi both facing the sea were perfect. We spent every evening watching the sunset from the terrace. Super quiet, great sleep, and short walk to restaurants.
