Each bedroom includes a TV, wardrobe or walk-in dressing area, and its own private terrace with a Balinese bed and fantastic views. One bedroom is located on the ground floor for easy access. There are 4 full bathrooms, one featuring a beautiful bathtub, plus an additional guest toilet. Air conditioning is installed throughout the entire property.
Indoors, the villa features a bright and stylish design. The kitchen stands out with a sleek "total black" island and modern appliances, flowing naturally into cosy living spaces. The entire home is powered through photovoltaic solar energy, and guests will find low-consumption lighting and eco-friendly amenities. Locally sourced "zero-kilometre" products are provided, as well as a dedicated recycling area.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Travelled with our kids and the layout was perfect. Bedrooms not cramped, bathrooms spotless and plenty of outdoor space. Heated pool was a huge plus.

Relaxed week with friends
The villa felt more like a mini-resort than a regular house. Heated pool, big sofas outside, the black kitchen island looked amazing, and the bedrooms were stylish. Loved the Balinese beds on each terrace for afternoon naps. Parking right outside was easy. We tried a couple of restaurants nearby and also cooked a bit at home. Weather was warm the whole week, so we pretty much lived outside. Great holiday.

First time in Playa Paraiso
Didn’t know the area before, but it turned out great. Not loud, not hectic, and we could still reach Siam Park and Fañabé in minutes by car. Booking was simple and the people handling the villa answered fast. The house looked exactly like the photos, super modern and spotless. We used the BBQ one night and ate under the pergola. Really enjoyed having our own terraces for reading and coffee.

Group holiday went smoothly
We were 8 adults and never felt crowded. Every room had a comfy bed, its own terrace, and AC, so no fighting over the best spot. The recycling area and solar system were actually nice touches. Pool temperature was just right, and the covered dining table outside became our hangout spot. The neighbourhood was quiet, we slept great, and beaches were a short drive away. Good choice if you want comfort without the busy tourist noise.

Loved the outdoor spaces
The house was beautiful inside, but we spent most of the time outside. Private terraces for each room made mornings super quiet, and evenings by the fire pit were amazing. The pool stayed warm, lots of sunbeds, and the garden was really well kept. Kitchen was modern and easy to cook in, supermarket nearby, and we drove to La Caleta for dinner twice. The whole stay felt calm and private, perfect break from work.

Sunset paradise
We had wine outside almost every night. The little fire pit area was our favourite corner. No noise, no crowds, just ocean air and views. Really relaxing stay.

Calm and classy spot
Stayed here with another couple and loved how peaceful the area was. Bedrooms all had their own terraces, so everyone had space. Pool warm enough to swim early mornings. House felt new and super clean.
