Outside, the private pool takes centre stage, surrounded by artificial grass and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation under the Canarian sun. A covered terrace provides a shaded seating area, and a dining table allows for alfresco meals with family or friends.
Accommodation includes two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower and kitchenette. Two twin bedrooms and a single bedroom share a separate bathroom, with an additional WC for convenience. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This is a fantastic villa. Very clean, spacious and light. Kitchen is very well equipped. Pool is just the right size and has a great shallow section for the children. Heated to just the right temperature automatically when needed. Outdoor space is amazing. Artificial grass that looks/feels so realistic. Plenty of sunbeds and chairs/tables for outside use. Pool towels are provided to help save luggage space/weight. Lovely white inside towels are also provided. Rooms are spacious with plenty of storage/hangers. Aircon in each bedroom. Overall, the very best villa we have stayed.

Fantastic stay at The propertyave
Villa as described and in a very good location within the resort. A good selection of restaurants within walking distance and only about 20 minutes drive to the main tourist areas. The villa owner maintains the swimming pool personally to an excellent standard and the villa was clean and well presented on arrival. Would be happy to visit again.

Fantastic vacation!
The villa Rep was very helpful with the requests we had whilst staying at the villa (re-sealing the shower, providing us with a dust pan and arranging for us to use the facilities at the Green Gardens Resort on our check out day, which is a great idea!) The villa is magnificent!
Villa was fabulous and will definitely go back. Facilities were good and the pool area really clean. Location perfect and missing it already! On our first night, We had a middle of the night flood discovered at 3am, with one of the bathrooms, our Rep Ken was brilliant. He was round in 30 minutes and got the problem fixed the very next day, unbelievable service. As a family we give a resounding 10 out of 10. Thank you.
