This villa is a spacious and modern 4-bedroom detached holiday home located in the sought-after area of El Madronal in Costa Adeje, Tenerife. Perfect for families or a group of friends, the accommodation sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a private heated swimming pool, panoramic sea and mountain views, and stylish, high-spec interiors. Air conditioning and heating are provided in all 4 bedrooms, and WiFi is included.
The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, featuring a 27 x 14 ft heated pool, sun loungers, and a comfortable terrace for enjoying the Canarian sunshine. A dining table with chairs and a portable BBQ is ideal for al fresco meals. External stairs from the first floor lead to a roof terrace with uninterrupted views across Costa Adeje and the coastline.
The accommodation is spread across three levels. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with a PlayStation. One of the doubles has an en suite shower room, and there is a separate family shower room on this level. Both shower rooms include Roca Stratum base units with Bluetooth speakers, allowing guests to enjoy music while getting ready. Each of the first-floor bedrooms also has access to a private balcony.
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower ground floor. This is a large double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and access to a spacious terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs. There are two additional WCs in the villa, one on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor.
The main living area is bright and open plan, with contemporary décor, comfortable sofas, and a flat-screen TV. Three sets of sliding doors lead directly to the pool and terrace. All windows and patio doors have electric shutters with handheld controls. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, along with two dining tables for enjoying meals together. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and an additional refrigerator.
For entertainment, the villa offers a pool/billiard table and table tennis. Off-road gated parking and an electric garage provide secure parking, with internal access to the villa from the lower level.
This holiday home is ideally located in the Madronal area of Costa Adeje. Within easy walking distance lies the Gran Sur Commercial Centre with restaurants, bars, shops, and a large supermarket. A 5-minute drive takes you to the centre of Costa Adeje, where you'll find more dining options and three sandy beaches. Slightly further away, the lively resort of Las Americas is just over 10 minutes by car.
Nearby beaches include Fanabe Beach (1.8 km), Playa del Duque Beach (3.9 km), and Playa de la Enramada Beach (4.3 km). Local attractions and activities include Freebird Catamaran, Puerto Colon, La Caleta, Golf Costa Adeje, and popular family venues such as Aqualand Costa Adeje and Siam Park. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
First time travelling with our toddler and the villa made it easy. Plenty of space for him to run around, outdoor dining area for breakfast, and the pool steps were handy. The kitchen had everything, even plastic plates for kids. We liked that we could walk to shops and didn’t need to drive every day. Loved the upstairs balconies too - great views in the evening. We’re already planning next year.

Loved the layout and space
The villa felt even bigger than in the photos. Having bedrooms on different levels gave everyone privacy. My parents stayed downstairs in the big room with the terrace, and they loved having their own outdoor space. We spent most evenings by the pool or playing billiards inside. Quick drive to Fañabe Beach and taxis were easy to find. Weather was great and we really enjoyed our time here.

Perfect base for our Tenerife trip
We stayed a week with another family and honestly, it worked great for both adults and kids. The PlayStation in the twin room kept the boys happy in the evenings, and the grown-ups spent time on the roof terrace with a drink. Location was super convenient - we walked to Gran Sur for dinner a few times and grabbed breakfast from the bakery nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed, and having two fridges was a lifesaver. Pool was heated just right and we used the BBQ almost every night. Would definitely book again.

Pool days were the best
Spent most days outside. Heated pool was actually warm, not like other places we’ve tried. Good sun beds, lovely views and easy parking on site. Very good for families.

Great stay with friends
We were a group of 8 adults and felt like everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect and the roof terrace had amazing views over the coast. The kitchen was huge and we cooked most nights. Really nice place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Loved every bit of it
We came with the kids and honestly didn’t leave much. Pool was warm, loads of space to sit outside and eat. Bedrooms were comfy and we liked having AC at night. Shops and restaurants were close enough to walk to, so didn’t need the car every day. Very chilled house.
