This spacious holiday villa is set in a peaceful residential neighbourhood in Costa Adeje, positioned at 350 metres altitude and offering wide panoramic views over rocky desert hills and the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can enjoy unforgettable sunsets from the large garden, the heated saltwater pool, the sun deck, or from one of the three outdoor terraces. The accommodation covers an impressive 450 m2 across three floors and comfortably hosts up to ten guests, making it ideal for families, groups of friends, or two families travelling together.
The layout includes five air-conditioned bedrooms in total. The Forest Room on the first floor features one king-size bed and one single bed, garden views and a separate bathroom. A second single bedroom also shares this level, equipped with a single bed and a separate bathroom. On the upper floor, the Ocean Room offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a southwest-facing terrace. The Desert Room provides two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and a southeast-facing terrace, while the Mountain Room includes two single beds, an en-suite bathroom and a south-facing terrace. Across the property there are five full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest.
Indoor living is generous and designed for relaxation. A dedicated TV room offers large U-shaped sofas with space for ten guests, Smart TV, Netflix, documentaries, films and sports channels. Fast fibre-optic WiFi is available throughout the villa and continues into the garden. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machines, kettle and all cooking essentials. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas provide seating for eight to ten guests, making mealtimes convenient and social.
Outside, the villa focuses on comfort, privacy and fun. The heated saltwater outdoor pool measures 100m3, with a comfortable average temperature of 26°C throughout the year. Sun loungers, shaded seating areas, a sun deck, and a large garden create an inviting environment for relaxation. There is also a barbecue area for outdoor cooking, plus tables and chairs on shaded terraces where guests can enjoy long island evenings.

Digital entry codes mean guests do not need to carry keys, and weekly cleaning of the villa is included for longer stays. Your host lives in the annex apartment beside the villa and is available seven days a week for assistance, restaurant bookings, catering, excursions or island activities.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed 10 nights while visiting the island and this place was ideal. Close to El Duque and Fañabé beaches, and only a few minutes to Siam Park. We hiked in the nearby hills and then cooled off in the pool. The digital entry was handy so no one had to carry keys. Lots of space for 8 adults, comfortable living areas and a powerful AC system. Loved the view from the Ocean Room terrace at sunset. Really memorable stay

Relaxing week in Costa Adeje
We visited Tenerife many times, but this was one of the best stays. The heated saltwater pool was amazing - big and clean, with lots of space around it. We spent mornings on the terrace watching the hills change colour with the sun. The host lived nearby and helped us arrange a boat trip and dinner reservations. It was nice having someone we could call if we needed anything. Villa was quiet, modern and very comfortable.

Amazing views and lots of space
We stayed a week as a group of friends and the villa was just right. Huge living room with a giant U-shaped sofa where we watched movies at night. Bedrooms had AC and comfortable beds, and each floor had great views over the hills and the ocean. Pool was warm and clean, with sun all day. We used the barbecue twice and had dinner outside under the stars. It felt private and quiet, but still a short drive to beaches and restaurants.

Perfect for two families
We were 9 people and everyone had space. Kids loved the pool toys, trampoline and games room. Adults enjoyed BBQ dinners and sunsets. Nice quiet area, but still close to beaches by car.

Peaceful place with amazing views
We came for a quiet break and loved the views from the terrace. Ocean on one side, hills on the other. The heated pool was perfect in the afternoons. Big rooms, comfy beds and everything spotless. Just relaxing and easy.
