Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The kind of place that makes you want to extend your stay
We booked the villa for a group trip and it completely exceeded what we expected. The colonial style gave it so much charm, and the outdoor areas were incredible - huge heated pool, proper jacuzzi, tons of seating around the garden. A few of us used the sauna and Turkish bath while others relaxed upstairs with books from the library. We tried the BBQ one night after watching the sunset from the terrace, and it turned into one of our favourite evenings. The location worked well for exploring too: a quick drive to restaurants in Adeje and easy beach access whenever we wanted a change from the pool.

A villa full of personality and so much space
Each room had a totally different vibe, which actually made it fun for our group to pick where we wanted to sleep. We used the pool every morning, and the spa area became our little ritual after long days exploring Callao Salvaje and Adeje. One evening we tried the open-air cinema and ended up staying there for hours just chatting under the warm breeze. The upstairs terraces were perfect for quieter moments, especially with those sea views. It felt like a mix between a boutique hotel and a private home.

Perfect spot for a chilled family break in tenerife
We came as a family group and everyone found their favourite corner, whether it was the spa, the garden, or the upstairs terraces. The kitchen was easy to use for big meals, and the kids begged for movie nights outside almost every evening. Playa de Ajabo was close enough for quick swims whenever we felt like going out.

Pool days were the best
We stayed here with a group of 10 and honestly spent half the trip in the huge pool or hanging around the jacuzzi. The area was super calm, which we loved after exploring nearby beaches. Evenings on the terrace felt unreal with that open-air cinema.

A Luxurious Escape in Tenerife
We stayed at the stay for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is huge and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and classic touches. The outdoor area is stunning, with the pool, jacuzzi, and those hanging chairs - just perfect for chilling. We loved the proximity to the beach and the fact that we could explore so much of Tenerife. Perfect for Families or Groups
This luxury retreat was everything we wanted for a relaxing getaway. We were a group of 10, and everyone had their own space while still enjoying time together by the pool. Truly Magical villa!
This place is straight out of a fairy tale! The garden, the pool, and the open-air cinema - everything was just perfect.
