This spacious holiday villa offers everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway under the Tenerife sun. Designed for groups and families of up to eight guests, the accommodation has been recently refurbished and provides generous indoor and outdoor spaces, private parking and a large private swimming pool with sun all day long.
Inside, guests will find two separate living areas with plenty of room to spread out. The main lounge features a satellite TV, strong Wi-Fi connection and direct access to the outdoor terrace. It is also equipped with a full-size Pool table and Ping Pong table, making the home an excellent option for families with children or groups of friends looking for an active holiday. A dining area for six sits beside the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and electric hob. From here, sliding doors lead directly to the covered outdoor terrace, where a dining table for eight and a gas grill allow guests to enjoy barbecues and meals in the open air.
The villa has four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables, lamps and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes. Behind it, the third bedroom includes a queen-size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The fourth bedroom also offers a queen-size bed with fitted wardrobes and storage space. In addition to the master en-suite, two further newly refurbished bathrooms with walk-in showers, basins and WC are available.
Outdoor living is one of the highlights of this holiday home. The large private pool has plenty of space for everyone and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a spacious terrace for relaxing, sunbathing or grilling. With multiple outdoor seating areas, guests can enjoy the Tenerife climate throughout the day.
The location allows easy access to beaches, coastal walks and activities. Playa San Blas is an 8-minute walk away, while Playa Amarilla and Playa Grande are a short drive. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to Golf del Sur Course and Amarilla Golf. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We booked this place because it was close to Golf del Sur and it didn’t disappoint. Easy walk to the course and plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool was private and quiet, and the BBQ area was great in the evenings. Bedrooms had good wardrobes and bathrooms looked brand new. The property had strong AC and Wi-Fi. A very relaxing stay overall. Would happily return.

Everything we needed for a fun holiday
The villa was spotless when we arrived and check-in was simple. The main living room opened straight to the terrace which was super handy for pool days. We used the sun loungers daily and the pool was bigger than expected. Loved that there were two fridges so we had space for drinks and food. Short drive to beaches and the airport. Good value and really comfortable.

Lovely week in Tenerife
We stayed here as a family of 6 and it worked perfectly. Two living rooms meant the kids could play games while we relaxed. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most breakfasts. The outdoor terrace was great for long dinners, and the gas grill was easy to use. The pool area had sun from morning to evening, so we barely left the house some days. Beaches and golf courses were close by, and the area felt very safe. A relaxing and comfortable place.

Awesome for families
Kids were busy with the pool table and ping pong, so adults could relax. Pool was clean and warm, and the terrace was perfect for dinners outside. Short walk to shops and beach. Would book again.

Great villa for a sunny break
We stayed a week and loved the pool and outdoor space. Plenty of sun all day. Bedrooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything for meals at home. Close to restaurants and beaches. Very easy holiday.
