This modern and light-filled holiday home sits inside the private Bellavista residential complex in Costa del Silencio, offering space for up to 10 guests, generous outdoor areas and a privileged setting just steps from the ocean. With a private heated pool, tropical gardens, several terraces and a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the sea and mountains, the accommodation is designed for relaxing outdoor living in the south of Tenerife.
The layout spans two floors and approximately 350 m² of living space, together with around 200 m² of outdoor terraces. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes, plus a separate guest toilet. From the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom, large doors open to a covered veranda with a 12-seat dining table, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and the private heated pool.
The upper floor includes a second bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three individually designed bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and an additional separate toilet. A 40 m² terrace provides another dining space, sun loungers and beautiful sea views, while a small extra terrace faces Mount Teide. A private roof terrace crowns the villa, offering a 360-degree panorama over the ocean, mountains and gardens - ideal for evening drinks or a peaceful sunrise.
The holiday home includes two fully equipped kitchens with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, toaster and hairdryer. Fast fibre-optic internet (300 MB up and down) is available throughout the property with multiple access points, along with two large Smart TVs with international channels and two 27-inch monitors for working remotely. The upper floor is air-conditioned, and on the enclosed plot guests will find private parking and an outdoor grill.
The accommodation is located in a quiet, well-maintained gated community with tropical gardens. The coastal cliff path is only 50 metres away, a small sandy beach is a 5-minute walk, and the shops and cafés of Costa del Silencio are around a 10-minute walk. The fishing village of Las Galletas is just 20 minutes on foot, offering a harbour, waterfront restaurants and local shops. By car, the South Airport, Los Abrigos, Playa El Médano, Los Cristianos and Las Américas are each around 20 minutes away, depending on traffic.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire villa. Each floor can also function independently if desired, as the upper level has its own entrance, kitchen and washing machine. The ground floor has no steps and wide doorways, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The area offers excellent outdoor activities. From the nearby Playa de La Ballena you can swim, snorkel or dive, while Las Galletas harbour has diving centres, deep-sea fishing, sailing, jet skis and canoe rentals. Playa El Médano and La Tejita are popular spots for windsurfing, kiting and wing foiling, and surfing is available in Las Américas. Golfers can choose from several nearby courses, including Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur, Golf Los Palos and Golf Las Américas. Families can enjoy Siam Park, Aqualand and Jungle Park, and there are also options for quad tours, paragliding, horse riding, bird watching and hiking on coastal paths and nature reserves.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The setting was beautiful with stunning sea views, and the pool was incredibly clean with a perfectly comfortable water temperature. All the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. The host was super nice, incredibly patient, and very friendly. We highly recommend this place

fantastic villa
The house is located within the Bellavista residential complex and is accessed through a driveway closed by an automatic gate. An additional automatic gate separates the entrance of the house, which has space for two cars, from the private driveway. The house is new and very large. There were eight of us for a week and everyone was able to enjoy their spaces. Basically there are two apartments with kitchen and bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The house was very clean, very well furnished with modern furniture and extremely well-stocked, especially in the kitchen. Beautiful garden with swimming pool and two terraces with deck chairs, one upstairs and one on the roof. Highly recommended.

Great base for exploring the island
We rented a car and did something different every day. Beaches, surfing, sailing, even a day in Las Américas. Coming back to the villa felt like coming home. We grilled outside a few nights and ate under the covered terrace with the pool lit up. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhood and parking right on the property. It was one of those places where you actually rest, not just sleep.

Loved staying here
Travelled with grandparents and the ground floor being step-free was a big plus. Doors opened wide to the garden and the pool area, so no struggles getting around. We cooked a lot and the kitchens had more equipment than we expected. The villa felt private and safe, and the gardens around the residential area were really well kept. The rooftop views shocked us the first night. You can see everything - sea, mountains and the little village lights.

Amazing trip
8 of us booked to stay in this lovely villa, and everything was just perfect! It’s an amazingly spacious and light place, the house has many windows which create a wonderful draft - it kept the place perfectly cool. We loved the rooftop views, especially at sunset. The place itself was kept exceptionally clean, it was a joy to be there. The kitchen is very well equipped, it made cooking an absolute joy. I really appreciated how sharp the knives were. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, a short walk to the local restaurants and shops, and also the beach. There are boardgames and a speaker, and the biggest and most high definition TV we have ever seen. Also pool was specious, clean and under sunlight for almost all day. Such a pleaser to stay in this beautify place, totally recommend!

Perfect Holiday in Tenerife
We had a great time at the villa. The published photos totally match reality, I would say that in reality it is much better. The kitchen is new and very well-equipped. Two bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned. Horst was very responsive to our requests. Thank you for the plancha which allowed us to spend beautiful evenings with friends :) The place is very quiet, direct access from the residence to the ocean for walks with ocean views. Roof access for beautiful sunsets. Villa suitable for hosting 10 people.

Stress-free week in a beautiful villa
We were 9 people and never felt crowded. Each family used one floor, which worked out great. The ground level opened straight to the pool so the kids could swim while we relaxed under the veranda. Shops and small cafés were close enough to walk, and Las Galletas was such a sweet little town for dinner. The rooftop was our favourite place in the evening - quiet, warm breeze and the ocean right there. One of the easiest holidays we’ve had.

Great for two families
We took the kids and used both floors. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms which saved us. Short walk to the little beach and shops. Quiet area, slept like babies.
