This modern and light-filled holiday home sits inside the private Bellavista residential complex in Costa del Silencio, offering space for up to 10 guests, generous outdoor areas and a privileged setting just steps from the ocean. With a private heated pool, tropical gardens, several terraces and a large rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the sea and mountains, the accommodation is designed for relaxing outdoor living in the south of Tenerife.

The layout spans two floors and approximately 350 m² of living space, together with around 200 m² of outdoor terraces. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes, plus a separate guest toilet. From the living room, the kitchen and the master bedroom, large doors open to a covered veranda with a 12-seat dining table, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and the private heated pool.

The upper floor includes a second bright living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three individually designed bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and an additional separate toilet. A 40 m² terrace provides another dining space, sun loungers and beautiful sea views, while a small extra terrace faces Mount Teide. A private roof terrace crowns the villa, offering a 360-degree panorama over the ocean, mountains and gardens - ideal for evening drinks or a peaceful sunrise.

The holiday home includes two fully equipped kitchens with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, iron, toaster and hairdryer. Fast fibre-optic internet (300 MB up and down) is available throughout the property with multiple access points, along with two large Smart TVs with international channels and two 27-inch monitors for working remotely. The upper floor is air-conditioned, and on the enclosed plot guests will find private parking and an outdoor grill.

The accommodation is located in a quiet, well-maintained gated community with tropical gardens. The coastal cliff path is only 50 metres away, a small sandy beach is a 5-minute walk, and the shops and cafés of Costa del Silencio are around a 10-minute walk. The fishing village of Las Galletas is just 20 minutes on foot, offering a harbour, waterfront restaurants and local shops. By car, the South Airport, Los Abrigos, Playa El Médano, Los Cristianos and Las Américas are each around 20 minutes away, depending on traffic.

Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire villa. Each floor can also function independently if desired, as the upper level has its own entrance, kitchen and washing machine. The ground floor has no steps and wide doorways, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The area offers excellent outdoor activities. From the nearby Playa de La Ballena you can swim, snorkel or dive, while Las Galletas harbour has diving centres, deep-sea fishing, sailing, jet skis and canoe rentals. Playa El Médano and La Tejita are popular spots for windsurfing, kiting and wing foiling, and surfing is available in Las Américas. Golfers can choose from several nearby courses, including Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur, Golf Los Palos and Golf Las Américas. Families can enjoy Siam Park, Aqualand and Jungle Park, and there are also options for quad tours, paragliding, horse riding, bird watching and hiking on coastal paths and nature reserves.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
