Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.

Luxury & comfort all the way
This place is a dream! Huge bedrooms, beautiful outdoor space, and that pool... perfection. We were a group of 8 and felt like we had more than enough space. The team also arranged a private chef for us one evening-best decision ever! Seriously, if you’re looking for a high-end place to stay in Tenerife, this is it.

Stunning villa!!! Wow factor!!
Stayed here for a week with family, and wow, just wow! The villa is beyond beautiful, super spacious, and that pool? Absolute heaven! Loved the privacy of having our own bathrooms too. Also, big thanks to the concierge team - they made everything so easy, from airport transfers to booking some great restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!!

Lovely villa
The villa was lovely, it was clean, spacious, well equipped, had a nice outdoor area with beautiful sea views. The location was great, very quiet, peaceful and close to the village with all it's amenities. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family and would have given 5 stars if the beds were more comfortable.

When renting any villa you provided a comfortable stay worry-free. Everything is always the best quality and service. Here you and a private swimming pool with backlight and a spacious terrace overlooking the ocean, and personal parking and satellite TV.
