Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This retreat was everything we hoped for and more! Super stylish, spacious, and with a pool that we basically lived in all week. Also, the welcome pack with snacks & drinks was such a nice touch! Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

Great for families!
We came as a family of 6, and this villa was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and the kids LOVED the heated pool. The location is fantastic - close to great beaches and restaurants but still super peaceful. We even had a BBQ night on the terrace, which was such a highlight. Already planning our next trip!

Absolute paradise!!
Wow, just wow!!! This villa was beyond amazing - the ocean views, the private pool, the jacuzzi...everything was perfect! ???? The house is super spacious, and we loved the modern yet cozy vibe. The golf course next door was a big plus for my husband, while I just relaxed by the pool with a cocktail. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Stunning house made a great holiday
I have never stayed before in such a big villa. And I am sure that families with kids and grandparents, or big group of friends, will appreciate the size and quantity of rooms in this porperty. Very good location, close to the Ocean, and most of all - very quiet place. Good and quick Internet, and lots of Sat channels. Nice and warm pool, with lots of space around to do a Barbeque, and enjoy your time all together.

Stunning villa
The villa is like a home from home with everything you can possibly need from dishwasher to washing machine.The bedrooms are all a good size and ensuites are beautiful the views from bedroom balconies are breathtaking. The pool is a lovely size and deep enough to dive the outside area is a huge with barbeque and large trampoline which my children made full use of.
