Two spacious bedrooms on this level offer dressing rooms and en-suite bathrooms, with direct access to terraces, gardens, and the infinity pool. Upstairs, an 85 m² living room/office with a bathroom opens onto a spacious rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi, providing an ideal space for relaxation. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Staying at this retreat was an absolute dream. The villa is elegant, modern, and incredibly well-equipped. We spent our days lounging by the infinity pool and exploring the nearby beaches. The rooftop jacuzzi was our favorite spot in the evenings. Everything about this place screams luxury, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will be back!

Perfect for golf lovers and relaxation seekers
This was the ideal holiday home for our group. We played golf at Costa Adeje Golf just minutes away and then unwound by the pool in the evenings. The villa is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the coastal views are breathtaking. If you’re looking for a luxurious escape, this is the place!

The property is pure luxury! The setting is absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the sea and La Gomera. The infinity pool was a dream, and we spent hours just soaking in the beauty of Tenerife. The villa itself is spacious, modern, and immaculately maintained. Excellent holiday
The villa was really beautiful and well kept. When we arrived the villa was very well cleaned. The heated pool was just awesome! We spent a lot of time in the pool. The upper terrace had stunning views of the mountains and the ocean. Shops, restaurants and the beach were within walking distance.
