This modern holiday home is a newly designed villa located in Palm Mar, Tenerife, just a short walk from Playa de la Arenita and the coastline. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private heated pool with surrounding sunbathing space, a barbecue grill and a furnished patio for outdoor meals. There is also a rooftop area where guests can unwind with open views and evening sunsets. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and there is private onsite parking for convenience.
Inside, the villa features a bright dining area and a comfortable living space with Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, lobster/crab pot and all necessary cookware, dishes and utensils. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and ironing equipment, are also provided.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Stylish villa, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. Outdoor space was lovely for breakfast and dinners. WiFi was strong and we streamed movies in the evening. Shops and restaurants super close, which made life easy. We stayed one week and felt completely comfortable.

Lovely modern space in Palm Mar
The villa felt brand new, bright and comfortable. Big kitchen with everything, washing machine was helpful, and indoor living area was great for relaxing at night. We used the barbecue twice and had dinners outside. Parking was a bonus. Beach walks in the morning were amazing. Would recommend to anyone wanting something quiet but still close to main attractions.

Smooth booking and friendly support
First time booking with this agency and everything was easy. Fast replies, clear instructions and the villa looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was clean and warm, towels provided, and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. We took day trips to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas, then came back to a peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect layout for our group of friends
Three couples and one extra friend stayed here for a week and the villa worked great for us. The rooms felt private, with comfy king beds and good AC. We enjoyed cooking together and eating outside by the pool. The rooftop was the highlight… sunset drinks every night. Beach, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance, so no need for a car. Palm Mar was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we wanted.

Great Stay in Palm Mar
We really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, comfortably furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the beach and some nice restaurants. Having private parking was a big plus, and the outdoor area had everything we needed - a heated pool, sun loungers, and a BBQ space. Everything was well-maintained and in good condition. A relaxed and hassle-free stay. We’d definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. One of the best holidays with our family!
We stayed with our parents and our family in this lovely villa. You notice that the house has been renovated with a lot of love and everything is of high quality. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped with everything you can think of. Within walking distance of nature reserve, the beach and nice beach club. The swimming pool on the roof terrace was a favorite with our children and we enjoyed the sunset in the sea. We really had a great holiday, we will definitely come back!

Loved the rooftop evenings
The villa was spotless and super modern. We used the rooftop almost every night to watch the sunset. Pool was warm and clean every day. Great location in Palm Mar, close to restaurants.
