This villa is a spacious private retreat in the south of Tenerife, located in the exclusive Torviscas Alto residential area of Costa Adeje. Fully refurbished in 2017, the accommodation has welcomed more than 1,900 guests and offers excellent facilities for large families and groups of friends travelling together. The holiday home is set across three floors and includes a lift, making it suitable for elderly guests or those with reduced mobility.
The villa sleeps up to 15 guests and features 7 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional family bathroom and a guest toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy for every member of the group. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and offer plenty of space for relaxation after a day of exploring the island.
A heated private swimming pool is the heart of the outdoor area, surrounded by 14 sunbeds and views over Costa Adeje towards the sea. Just beside the pool is a covered dining space with two large tables and seating for up to 14 people, ideal for shared meals and outdoor gatherings. A barbecue and outdoor bar make this area perfect for long, sunny afternoons and al-fresco dinners.
Inside, the accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large living and dining area with a spacious table for 14 people, and family-friendly amenities such as toys, games, and a comfortable lounge for spending time together. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The villa is huge, with three floors and quiet bedrooms. We used the outdoor dining area every day and the pool was spotless. Liked the sea views from the terrace, especially at sunset. Beaches and restaurants were a short drive away. Overall, great spot for a group holiday without feeling crowded.

Good booking experience

Excellent facilities and layout
We liked that every bedroom had its own bathroom, something you don’t often find in big rentals. The kitchen was fully equipped, even for large meals. Pool towels, washing machine and dryer made it simple to manage with kids. The lift was a nice touch for mobility. Short drive to Siam Park and beaches.

A relaxed holiday for everyone
We brought three families together, including small kids and an older couple, and the villa worked better than a hotel. Plenty of space, toys inside, and the pool area was totally private. The BBQ spot became our evening routine. We had supermarket delivery the first day which made things easier. Really stress-free stay.

Perfect villa for large groups
The pool was heated just right and we used it every day. The outdoor bar was a fun extra. Bedrooms were big and comfortable, and having so many bathrooms meant zero waiting around. Good value for a place this size.

Couldn’t ask for more
We booked this place for a birthday trip and everyone had space to relax. The lift made things easy for my mother who doesn’t handle stairs well. Kitchen had everything we needed and the BBQ area was great. Location was quiet but close to beaches by car. Would stay again.

Great choice for a big family
We stayed as a group of 14 with kids and grandparents, and the villa worked perfectly. Every room had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The outside dining space by the pool was where we spent most evenings. Lots of sunbeds, clean pool and nice sunset views. Glad we booked it.
