This villa is an exclusive 400 m² Greek-style retreat located in a quiet residential area of Costa Adeje, offering spectacular views across the ocean and towards the island of La Gomera. Designed for comfort, space and relaxation, it accommodates up to 10 guests and features a heated infinity pool, multiple indoor and outdoor lounge areas, and peaceful gardens for enjoying Tenerife's famous sunsets.
The accommodation is arranged over three levels. The ground floor serves as the social heart of the holiday home. A spacious living room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the sea and open onto an interior patio with a century-old olive tree, creating a unique focal point. There is also a cosy TV corner, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, an indoor dining area with sea views, and a laundry room.
This level includes the main bedroom, offering panoramic ocean views and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. A second large family bedroom has two double beds and two en-suite bathrooms with showers, making it ideal for families travelling together. A guest WC is also located on this floor.
On the upper level, a quiet work and reading space overlooks the living area below, with a library and desk for guests who need a peaceful corner to work or study. This floor also offers a private double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
The lower ground level is designed for leisure and extra privacy. Guests will find a games lounge with board games, a gym for staying active, and a full bathroom with shower. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This felt like a small private hotel for our group. Heated pool, gym, separate apartment for our friends who wanted privacy, big outdoor dining area. House was spotless and towels smelled fresh. Everyone wants to come back next year.

Quiet but close to everything
We didn’t expect it to be so peaceful since Costa Adeje can be busy, but the villa is tucked away. Supermarket and restaurants were only a short drive. We walked to the beach one day and took a boat from Puerto Colón another day. Great location without the noise.

Family friendly and peaceful
We came as two families and the big family room with two double beds made everything easy. The apartment downstairs was perfect for my parents who wanted a bit more quiet. Infinity pool was warm and spotless.

Birthday trip success
I booked this place for my 40th and it was worth it. We had plenty of room, everyone had their own bathroom which was a big bonus. The living room facing the sea was our favourite spot in the house. We grilled outside a couple of nights… perfect.

Sunset paradise
We stayed a week with friends and every evening ended on the terrace watching the sun drop behind La Gomera. The pool looked like it melted into the ocean. Honestly one of the calmest places we’ve ever rented.
