Air conditioning and heating are provided in all bedrooms, the ground floor lounge and the lower ground floor kitchen, along with Wi-Fi throughout the property.
There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. The first floor includes three bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and balcony, a second double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. A separate shower room is also located on this floor. The fourth bedroom is a double and has a private suite on the lower ground level, complete with an en-suite shower room, its own kitchen area and a WC. A further WC is located on the ground floor.

The outdoor areas are made for relaxing and entertaining. The private heated pool measures approximately 20 x 14 ft, with a shallow section ideal for cooling off or relaxing with a drink. The wraparound terrace offers sunbathing areas, a poolside dining space, and an upper dining terrace with a fixed table and canopy. A built-in BBQ and bar area with a sink provide plenty of space for outdoor meals.
Inside, the ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer featuring filtered water and an ice machine, a central island and a dining table. A utility room connects to the kitchen. The smart lounge opens onto both the front and rear terraces, providing bright indoor-outdoor living.
Entry to the property is convenient from street level through a gate that leads to the lower ground floor terrace, while exterior steps also reach the main entrance. There is an electronic gate that opens to a private parking garage with internal access.
From the first floor, exterior stairs lead up to a spacious roof terrace with wonderful views across Costa Adeje and the ocean. It is an ideal place for sunset drinks or simply unwinding in the warm Tenerife climate.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We walked to restaurants most nights, so no car needed. Pool was the highlight and the outdoor seating was comfy. Great views from the roof terrace. Kitchen had filtered water and an ice machine, which was a nice touch. The area felt safe and quiet, and we could walk to bakeries and small parks in minutes. A really comfortable stay, no complaints at all.

Amazing outdoor space
We booked mainly for the heated pool and the rooftop, and both were worth it. Pool was warm and clean, and there’s a shallow part where we sat with drinks in the afternoon. The BBQ area is proper, not a tiny grill. Bedrooms had AC, showers strong, towels fresh. We walked to George’s a few times for dinner and tried a bakery down the street for breakfast. Perfect base for Costa Adeje without needing the car for everything.

Really good choice for a group
We were eight friends and found the villa super practical. The lower floor bedroom with its own kitchen felt like a mini apartment, great for privacy. The living room got loads of daylight and opened to both terraces, so we just kept the doors open and moved between inside and outside. Parking in the garage made life easy. Sunset on the roof terrace was fantastic. Definitely recommend for groups who want space and not a cramped hotel.

Comfortable and stylish
First time renting a villa instead of a hotel and we didn’t regret it. The house felt new and very clean, beds comfortable, and we loved the big fridge with ice maker. The pool had sun most of the day and there were plenty of sunbeds. We were able to walk to restaurants and didn’t hear any traffic at night. Quick drive to Fañabé Beach and Siam Park. We even used the roof terrace for breakfast because the views were amazing. Great memories from this trip.

Great for families
The villa was spotless, beds very comfortable and the kitchen had everything. Kids loved the little shallow part of the pool. Quiet street, easy parking and only a short drive to the beach.

Loved the house and the rooftop
We stayed one week and the villa was exactly as shown online. The heated pool was warm even at night and we used the roof terrace every evening. Plenty of space for everyone and walking distance to shops and cafés.
