Inside, the property extends over two main floors. The ground level features a spectacular open-plan layout of approximately 140 m², designed as a loft-style social space where the living area, kitchen and dining zone blend seamlessly. Large windows frame the coastline and fill the entire area with natural light. This level also includes a guest bedroom, a full bathroom with a window, and an additional guest WC with natural ventilation.
On the upper floor, there are three further bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and its own private terrace. All bedrooms are spacious and furnished with king-size beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, plus large wardrobes and blinds for comfort. One of the bedrooms is connected by an internal door to a fifth sleeping room, making it a practical option for parents and children who prefer to stay close. From every room on this level, guests can enjoy stunning sea and coastal views, especially beautiful at sunset or under the full moon.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and dining. Every appliance is from top German manufacturers, including dishwasher, oven with steamer function, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and mixer. From tableware to wine glasses, everything is provided with quality in mind.
The exterior is just as impressive. A southwest-facing 300 m² main terrace surrounds the villa and features a 12 x 3.5 m swimming pool with electric cover and a counter-current system, available heated for an additional cost. Sun loungers, an outdoor dining space for up to 12 people and a flexible pergola for shade or sun create a perfect environment for relaxation. A private fitness area is located in the basement. The property offers secure on-site parking for up to six cars, burglar-proof safety glass windows and blinds in all bedrooms.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
The house was huge, bright and really tastefully decorated. It felt like staying in a designer hotel but with full privacy. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the views. The host checked in on us during the week which was nice, and check-in was easy and fast. 10/10 experience.

Great villa for couples
We were 3 couples and everyone had a big bedroom with a private terrace. No fighting over bathrooms which was a first. The pool area was our favourite spot, super calm and plenty of space. Had a barbecue one evening and it was so nice with the sea views.

Luxury week away
We wanted something special for a family reunion and this was perfect. The living area was massive, lots of glass and sunshine all day. We chilled on the terrace for hours and barely left the house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which made mornings easy. Parking inside the property felt very safe and convenient. Quiet neighbourhood too, no loud bars or traffic.

Everything inside looked brand new and high quality. The kitchen was amazing, we cooked most nights and ate outside under the lights. Pool was clean and warm enough to swim early mornings. Worth every penny.

Spectacular place for sunsets
