Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We’ve been in Tenerife a few times and this was easily our favourite stay. Quiet neighbourhood, comfy beds, no traffic noise at all. Loved having the ocean just in front and watching the waves while having breakfast. The garden was cute and private, and the heated pool was properly warm. Booking was simple and fast, and the check-in info was very clear. Already recommended it to friends.

Relaxing family trip
We came with our teenage daughter and all three of us really enjoyed the house. Plenty of space, two good bathrooms and a kitchen that actually had decent pans and knives, which is rare. The beach was close enough to walk and the weather was hot but breezy. We even saw dolphins one morning from the terrace, which made the trip extra special. Big thanks to the agency for helping us find the place and for answering our questions quickly.

Wonderful stay by the ocean
The villa was even better than the pictures. Super clean, stylish and full of sunshine. The pool area was lovely and private, and the upper terrace was great for long dinners and relaxing. We had a rental car and got everywhere easily - Siam Park, Costa Adeje, beaches. Communication with the host was friendly and simple, no stress. We hope to come back next year because we didn’t want to leave.

One of the best places we stayed
We booked this villa for a small family holiday and everyone loved it. The upper terrace is a gem - ocean views all day and La Gomera on the horizon. The inside of the house was bright and modern, and the kitchen made it easy to cook at home. Shops and restaurants were only a quick walk, so we didn’t have to drive every night. The area felt safe and peaceful, and the pool was clean and warm. Honestly, it was the perfect mix of quiet and convenience.
