This magnificent holiday villa sits in the hills of Costa Adeje and offers splendid views of the entire south coast, the ocean and the island of La Gomera. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the accommodation features a private pool, several terraces, and large outdoor areas where guests can enjoy the scenery from morning to sunset.
With four spacious double bedrooms, each with wardrobes and bed linen available for the stay, the villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. There are three bathrooms, all supplied with towels for all travellers. The interior includes a large living room with several sofas and a panoramic TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a dining area, with direct access to the porch and outdoor dining space. Guests have multiple terraces and chill-out areas to choose from, alongside a large garden overlooking the mountains, the coast and the ocean. The private swimming pool offers a beautiful place to cool off, and heating can be arranged on request for an extra cost of 150 € per week, payable on site.
The entire villa enjoys open views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. Additional amenities include modern appliances, Wi-Fi access and TV with international channels.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
Used the villa for a week of sightseeing around Tenerife. Parking was easy, short drives to beaches and restaurants. Super quiet at night, just the wind and ocean.

Helped us organise our stay
We asked for advice on where to eat and things to do, and the host gave us excellent recommendations. Ended up trying some places we never would have found. The villa looked better than the photos: lots of light, great views and peaceful location. We stayed 8 nights, and it was one of the best holidays we’ve had in Tenerife.

Family holiday turned out great
Travelled with my parents and our two kids. Everyone found a space to relax. My father loved the garden, kids loved the pool, and I loved the kitchen because it was actually well equipped, not just basic stuff. Villa was clean and well looked after. Beaches only a few minutes by car. Would happily come back.

Good for a group of friends
We booked the villa for four couples and it worked perfectly. The pool area is private and sunny, and there are a few terraces so people could spread out. We cooked dinner at home a few times and ate outside. The living room was big enough that everyone could sit together after the beach. Felt safe, parking inside the gate, and check-in was simple.

Relaxing from morning to night
This place was all about the views. We had coffee outside every morning watching the ocean and finished the day on the same terrace with stars and silence. Bedrooms were comfortable, showers worked well and the kitchen had everything, even sharp knives and decent pans. Short drive to El Duque Beach and plenty of supermarkets close by. Really enjoyed our stay.

Felt like home

Loved the hillside spot
We stayed here for a quick break and loved how calm it was. Beautiful open views everywhere you sit. Kids were in the pool nonstop. House was clean, comfy and felt very private.
