The villa offers 5 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and smart TV with UK channels. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The master suite includes a walk-in wardrobe, desk and direct access to the pool terrace. Another bedroom opens onto the front terrace with sea views, while a third includes a workspace. One of the family bedrooms offers a king-size bed plus two bespoke oversized double bunk beds. The fifth bedroom provides a king-size bed and an additional single bed.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s birthday and the whole setup worked flawlessly for our group of fourteen. The master suite was gorgeous with easy access to the terrace, but every room felt spacious and private, especially the one with the big bunk beds where the kids claimed instantly. The outdoor kitchen became “our place” every night - grilling, making pizzas, long dinners under the pergola while watching the sunset over Costa Adeje. One day we asked for help arranging a boat trip from Puerto Colon and the team sorted it quickly, even gave us a few tips on where to spot dolphins. The heated pool meant we could swim early mornings without freezing, and the cinema room was perfect for winding down after long beach days. Loved how close everything was: Siam Park, restaurants, bakeries, all within minutes.

Loved the space and all the extras
We were a group of ten adults and four teens and the villa handled us perfectly. The gym was better equipped than most hotels we’ve used, and a few of us actually did morning workouts before heading out to Fañabé Beach. Afternoons were usually spent by the heated pool with those massive bean bags, then later we’d sit under the pergola for dinner while the smart TV played in the background. The cinema room saved a cloudy day too. The property manager checked in before arrival with tips for local restaurants, which made planning super easy.

Perfect mix of fun and comfort
Stayed here for a week and honestly the layout made everything easy. Bedrooms were big and having all those en-suites felt super convenient with a big group. We used the outdoor kitchen almost every night, especially the pizza oven. One morning we walked to George’s for breakfast and later spent the afternoon at El Duque Beach. The area had everything close by, which helped a lot.

Great service and easy booking
First time booking through this agency and everything was simple. Quick replies, clear instructions and no stress on arrival. We even got a welcome pack with drinks and snacks, nice touch after a late flight. The villa had tons of space for our group of 12, and the cinema room saved the rainy afternoon. Lots of parking space and very quiet at night. Beaches and restaurants only a few minutes away by car.

Best villa we’ve rented so far
We’ve stayed in several places in Tenerife, but this one topped them all. You could tell everything was new and high quality. The outdoor kitchen area was like a little restaurant. We cooked, used the pizza oven and watched football on the outdoor TV. The pool was warm and clean, and the kids practically lived in it. Bedrooms were comfortable, blackout blinds helped with long sleeps, and the WiFi worked everywhere including outside. Really good value for a big luxury place.

Brilliant villa for a celebration
We booked this place for my dad’s 60th and it couldn’t have been better. Cinema room was a big hit, and the gym surprised us - way better than a hotel one. Kids loved the big bunk beds. Short drive to Fanabe Beach and supermarkets nearby. Totally worth it.

Loved every minute here
