This luxury holiday villa is located in Costa Adeje, a peaceful and exclusive area in the south of Tenerife, offering complete privacy and incredible panoramic views of both the ocean and the mountains. Designed for guests seeking comfort, space and high-end facilities, the accommodation features two spectacular infinity pools with hydromassage, a jacuzzi, solarium, landscaped gardens and multiple chill-out terraces set across different levels. Every outdoor area is prepared for relaxation, with Balinese beds, ergonomic loungers, outdoor sofas, shaded zones, sunbathing areas and dining spaces with a barbecue.
The villa occupies three floors, connected by a staircase and a private elevator. Each room is bright and modern, with large windows, elegant finishes and integrated home automation for added comfort. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
There are five double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are situated on the upper floor, all offering sea or mountain views. In total, the villa includes 4 full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.
Guests will find two spacious living areas on the ground floor, both equipped with chaise lounge sofas and plasma TVs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large central island and top-quality appliances such as oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee maker, toaster and blender. On the lower ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and cleaning supplies.
Outside, the property includes a garage for up to five vehicles as well as an electric charging station. Safety features include security doors, a safe, first aid kits and fire extinguishers. Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge upon request.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
House felt brand new. Views of the mountains in the morning and sea in the evening. Kitchen was big and modern, cooked several meals without any hassle. Thanks!

Friends trip - perfect choice
We were five couples and the layout was ideal since every room had a king bed and a private bathroom. Nobody had the short straw. Even with 10 people, the villa never felt crowded thanks to the different terraces on each level. Some of us sunbathed, some used the jacuzzi, others just chilled in the shade. We grilled dinner twice and enjoyed long evenings outside. Underground garage was useful, and getting to Siam Park or Fanabe was super quick.

A week of pure quiet
If you want the opposite of noisy hotels, this is it. The villa sits in a calm area and the views over the coastline are amazing. We barely heard anything except the breeze. The interior was spotless and stylish, with glass walls and a big open living room. Wi-Fi worked in every corner, even outside by the pool. Booking and check-in were easy, and the manager answered fast when we had a small question about the jacuzzi. Would happily return.

Big family holiday went great
We came as a large family and everyone had space. Kids loved the lower pool and adults spent most evenings in the jacuzzi with music and snacks. The kitchen had absolutely everything - wine cooler, big fridge, microwave, all clean and modern. Felt very safe too with parking inside the property. We also appreciated the baby cot and highchair being ready. The weather was sunny all week, so we used the terrace every single day. No complaints at all.

Luxury without the fuss
The whole property had a relaxed luxury vibe. Not the pretentious kind, just super comfortable and really well kept. Big garden, warm pools, plenty of sunbeds, outdoor sofas and a proper BBQ area. Bedrooms were huge with dressing rooms, which made unpacking easy. The elevator actually came in handy for luggage. We drove to Fanabe and El Duque a few times, only minutes away. One of the nicest villas we’ve stayed at in Tenerife.

Total chill-out
Loved the terraces and all the little corners to sit outside. Balinese beds, jacuzzi, views everywhere you look. Slept like a baby every night. Worth every pound.

Ocean view dream
We stayed here for a week with friends and honestly didn’t want to leave. The two infinity pools were the highlight, especially at sunset. Bedrooms were huge, super comfy and spotless. Very quiet area too.
