This modern holiday villa is located in the prestigious El Duque area of Costa Adeje, one of the most desirable locations in Tenerife. Set in a quiet residential street, yet only a 3-minute walk from the beach, designer boutiques and high-end restaurants, the accommodation combines privacy with exceptional convenience. The property sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children, making it a great choice for families or groups travelling together.
The main floor offers a bright, spacious living room with comfortable seating and a TV, along with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this level. Outside, the main terrace features a heated private swimming pool, a sun deck with loungers and an outdoor dining table for 10 guests. A second back terrace provides a quieter space for coffee and conversation.
The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom and a large private terrace with beautiful ocean views. It is an ideal space for early breakfasts, sunbathing or evening sunsets.
On the ground floor, guests will find a second living room with seating and TV, a play area with tennis table, 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This floor also includes a utility room, laundry room and a private garage suitable for two cars.
A fourth bathroom is also available to guests. Towels, beach towels and bed linen are provided for the full stay, and an independent AC system is installed in every bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and all common areas. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is accessible on every floor and outdoors.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were 8 adults and 2 kids and the villa handled us easily. The master bedroom terrace became our favourite place for breakfast and sunsets. Kids used the little play area downstairs and the pool every single day. Kitchen had everything, even proper pans and utensils. Location is the real bonus - shops, bakeries, and the beach so close that we didn’t need to drive anywhere. We all slept well, no noise at night. Definitely worth the money.

amazing holiday in Tenerife
Wanted to mention how helpful the agency was. They arranged airport transfer and made check-in super simple. We even got early access because we landed before noon. The villa was clean, fresh towels, pool warm, Wi-Fi fast for streaming. Loved being able to walk to dinner every night. One of the easiest holidays we’ve had.

Great for families with kids
We came with two families and the layout worked perfectly. Bedrooms on different floors meant everyone had privacy. The kids lived in the pool and used the table tennis downstairs. Having AC in every room was a blessing after long sunny days. We also liked that the street was quiet but steps from restaurants and a big supermarket. No car needed.

Lovely stay, would return
We spent ten days here and could happily stay longer. Super clean villa, comfy beds, modern bathrooms and big outdoor spaces. Being so close to El Duque Beach was amazing, just walked down with towels every afternoon. The private garage was handy and the whole area felt very safe. Already thinking of coming back next year.

Great family spot
We stayed here with our kids for a week and loved how close everything was. Walked to the beach every morning. Pool was warm, beds comfy, quiet at night. Really felt like home, not a typical rental.
