This villa is set in one of the most prestigious locations in Tenerife, right in the heart of El Duque. The property is distributed over three floors, all connected by a private elevator, ideal for guests with reduced mobility or simply to avoid carrying luggage. The ground floor features a large garage for two cars, which leads directly into an entertainment room equipped with a ping-pong table, darts and a patio designed for relaxing. This level also includes a spacious bedroom, a smaller bedroom, a full bathroom and elevator access to the upper floors.
On the first floor, guests will find the largest outdoor space in the entire complex. The private heated pool remains at 28°C all year and includes gentle steps for easy access, making it suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Around the pool, there is a large sun terrace, and at the front of the villa another wide terrace with an outdoor dining area and a play zone for younger children. Inside, this floor offers a fully equipped American-style kitchen, a comfortable living room with Smart TV, a large dining area and a hallway leading to a full bathroom and two further bedrooms, both opening onto the back terrace.
The upper floor features the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a spacious upper terrace with beautiful sea views. It is a quiet spot for morning coffee, sunbathing or watching the sunset over Costa Adeje.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We know El Duque well and the spot is fantastic. Everything you need within a few mins walk. The villa was clean, private and very well kept. Lovely for mornings outside and long evenings by the pool.

Amazing family holiday
We stayed 10 nights with our kids and grandparents, so the layout worked perfectly. Everyone had their own room, and the lift helped my father who struggles with stairs. Pool was warm enough for morning swims. The courtesy room for late checkout was a huge help, since our flight was late evening. Beaches so close we never had to drive unless we wanted to explore. Supermarket, pharmacy and coffee places just a couple minutes away. Very safe area. We’ll be back.

Great for a group of friends
Came with a group of 8 for a birthday and the villa was perfect. Big garage, games room downstairs, BBQ outside - we used everything. Bedrooms were comfortable and the master room upstairs has a lovely terrace with sea views. We walked to restaurants every night, so no need for taxis. Loved having the elevator too, especially with luggage and shopping. Would happily stay again.

Smooth booking and friendly team
I want to mention how easy the booking was. We got the entry code before arrival and someone met us there to show everything. They even arranged a cot and high chair. The villa itself was spotless and the pool at 28 degrees was amazing for evening swims. Loved being able to walk to Bahia del Duque in 5 minutes. No noise, just a relaxed area. It felt like a home, not a rental.

Big villa, super clean, perfect holiday
We were 9 adults and had loads of space. Outdoor area was huge, much bigger than we expected. The pool was always warm and the front terrace was great for breakfast in the mornings. Bedrooms spread across the three floors gave everyone privacy and the lift made it easy for my parents to get around. Kitchen had everything, even proper coffee machine. We barely needed the car because everything was in walking distance: supermarket, bars, beach. Honestly a great find, would stay again without thinking twice.

Great for families
Came as two families with kids and there was more than enough room. Having a lift in the house was super useful for luggage. Kids loved the pool and the small play area outside. Good air con, comfy beds and a big kitchen.

Loved the location
We stayed here with our kids and it was honestly perfect. Beach, shops and restaurants were all a short walk away. The pool stayed warm and clean every day. Quiet street, good sleep, and lots of space for everyone.
