Designed for a relaxing family stay, the accommodation offers a private swimming pool, spacious terraces, a garden and everything needed for a comfortable holiday in the south of Tenerife.

The villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each, making it suitable for families or groups. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided, and the villa is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher for convenience.

Inside, guests will find a large living room with satellite TV and free WiFi, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer and kettle. Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy
Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.

Cancellation Terms
Refunds are applied according to the notice period:
1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund.
2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
