The basement houses one bedroom with three single beds and another with two single beds, accompanied by a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
The ground floor also includes a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen, while the basement features a recreation room complete with a table tennis table, offering extra space for entertainment and relaxation. The kitchen is fitted with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
Outside, the covered patio with seating, sun terrace with deckchairs and parasols, and barbecue area provide perfect spaces for al fresco dining and relaxation. The private heated pool measures 7 m x 4 m, surrounded by a garden that enhances the villa's tranquil setting.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This holiday spot in Los Mojones truly felt like a home away from home. The four bedrooms, including en-suite bathrooms, made our stay comfortable and convenient. The villa's amenities, such as air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen, catered to our needs. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, with a covered patio, sun terrace, heated pool, and barbecue area. This holiday spot provided the perfect backdrop for our vacation in Puerto del Carmen, allowing us to relax and unwind.

Spacious, Clean & Comfortable
The holiday home was the perfect base for exploring Lanzarote. It’s in a peaceful residential area but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved having breakfast on the patio every morning.

Great villa, Excellent Location
Loved our stay here! The villa is modern, clean, and has everything you need. The kids enjoyed the basement with the table tennis, and the BBQ area was great for family dinners. Puerto del Carmen is just minutes away, making it easy to explore.

Perfect Family Getaway!

Fantastic villa!
This is the second year running we have stayed in this villa. The villa is beautiful, spacious, has very comfortable beds and was spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped and rather than being a 'holiday let villa' it is truly a 'home from home' villa. The terrace is fabulous with plenty of sun beds and the pool was lovely and warm. I would also like to mention that the villa host has always been very helpful and easy to contact.
