The villa occupies a prime frontline position overlooking the promenade that stretches from the Old Town harbour to Puerto Calero. Shops, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance, ensuring convenience alongside spectacular surroundings.
The accommodation blends modern design with a warm, homely atmosphere. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining space. Upstairs, four bedrooms are located, including two doubles and two twins, each with en-suite bathrooms. From the pool terrace, an internal apartment is accessible, offering a fifth double bedroom, its own living area, bathroom, and kitchenette, suitable for larger groups.
The outdoor terrace is the highlight, with breathtaking sea views, a shaded wooden pergola for alfresco dining, and a private pool (9 x 4 m, depth 1-1.6 m) for cooling off or relaxing after a day at the beach.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here for a small family reunion and filled all ten spots without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms upstairs were roomy and bright, and the poolside apartment ended up being a quiet retreat. Most days we’d split up - some walked to Playa Grande, others stayed by the pool reading under the pergola. One evening we asked the agency for tips on good seafood spots and ended up at a lovely restaurant in the Old Town. Having the promenade right below us made everything easy, from morning runs to grabbing a drink after sunset. It’s one of those places where the setting makes the trip even better. We’d absolutely come back.

Couldn’t ask for a better base in Puerto del Carmen
We’d booked the villa for a week with a mixed group of adults and teens, and it honestly felt like the perfect setup. Mornings started with coffee under the pergola, watching the waves just below the cliff. The open-plan living area made dinners at home super easy, and having en-suite rooms meant nobody had to queue for showers. We did a few beach days at Playa Chica, then took the cliffside walk to Puerto Calero another afternoon. The pool was spotless and warm, great for late swims. Really felt like proper home comfort in a prime location.

Spectacular Sea Views
This villa provided us with a vacation to remember. The villa's front-line location overlooking the Old Town harbor and the promenade was simply breathtaking. The interior seamlessly blends modernity with a warm, homely atmosphere. The spacious open-plan living area made family gatherings enjoyable. We appreciated the five bedrooms, especially the one with an independent living area. And the terrace! The panoramic sea views were mesmerizing, and we enjoyed al fresco dining under the wooden pergola. The private pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
