Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed here for a full week with two families and appreciated how well the villa was laid out. Kids loved jumping in the long pool first thing in the morning while we enjoyed coffee around the dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a proper coffee maker, so we cooked quite a bit. One day we visited Rancho Texas and another day we tried the walking path near the port and ended with fresh fish overlooking the boats. The ensuite setup in all four bedrooms meant no waiting around, which made mornings so much easier. Clean, bright, and clearly maintained with care.

Honestly one of the easiest villas we’ve ever stayed in
We came as a mixed group of friends celebrating two birthdays and chose this villa mainly for the pool length and quiet location. It ended up being way better than expected. The property manager helped us with an early bag drop and gave a couple of useful tips about places to eat near the marina. Most afternoons were spent floating in the pool or reading on the shaded part of the terrace. Nights were usually long dinners outside, sometimes cooking on the built-in barbecue, sometimes walking down into town for seafood. The bedrooms were surprisingly big and having all of them ensuite kept everything stress-free. Great spot for anyone wanting comfort without noise or hassle.

Couldn’t believe how easy everything felt here
We stayed as a group of eight and loved how simple life felt in this villa. The open-plan kitchen made breakfasts super relaxed and the pool became our go-to spot every afternoon. Evenings usually ended around the barbecue area with music playing softly and everyone unwinding.

Where do I start? First, they offer a first rate selection of properties in a range of prices that seemingly can fit any budget or situation. In our case we were going to Lanzarote and were looking at several properties. All of the details were in perfect order and the stay was fabulous.
