The three bathrooms are equipped with showers or baths, hairdryers, and high-quality Aloe Vera toiletries. A fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and dining area make the villa perfect for family gatherings or socializing with friends.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We spent seven days here with our two kids and my mother, and everyone had space without stepping on each other's toes. The pool area was our go-to spot every afternoon, while mornings we’d drive to Puerto Calero for coffee by the marina. Loved having three bathrooms, especially when all of us were getting ready at once. The house stayed cool, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the garden was full of little corners where you could just sit and relax. Timanfaya was only a short drive and the kids were blown away by the geothermal demos. The whole stay felt easy and stress-free.

Lovely calm spot with amazing views
We stayed as a family of SIX and honestly the place felt super peaceful from the first day. Waking up to those ocean views was something else. Kids loved the garden and the pool, while we enjoyed slow mornings on the terrace. Being close to Puerto del Carmen but not in the noise was a big win.

Great villa and quiet location
We had a fantastic week in this villa. It is really spacious and exactly like in the pictures. Even though sea from terrace view isn't mentioned in the description... so this was I nice extra, as well as the free wifi :) It is very clean, in a quiet location, supermarket is aprx. 5 minutes walk. The host is also very nice, replies very fast and offered lots of information and additional help like picking up from the airport, cheap car rental etc. - we felt safe every minute and as good the communiction in advance was, same was with key delivery which was very easy and totally according to our wishes. Hope to come back another time!

perfect location
Everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. With the help of the directions of the landlord it was also no problem to find the meeting place. I can only recommend the villa to anyone and it is not excluded that we will spend our holidays there again.

Absolut wundervoll
We found everything beautiful and perfect. Nice, helpful hosts, a perfect starting point to visit either the small cozy place or to undertake excursions in any direction.
