Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We stayed at a home away from home over Christmas. It was the first time any of us had been away over Christmas, we were made to feel very welcome and at home. We were greeted by the host who showed us around the villa, she is always on the end of the phone if you need her for anything. There was even a christmas tree up in the lounge. The villa is beautifully decorated with all modern appliances. If you want a relaxing luxury break then a home away from home is ideal.

A Happy party on Finnish people
The accommodation is a beautiful front line property just a short walk down to the old town of Puerto del Carmen and all the facilities. It has everything you need both inside and out,is very tastefully decorated with beautiful views and is also very quiet. We were just 2 people but it does have 2 en suite bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with a family bathroom. Caroline who manages the property was very helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant as we do like good food. I would happily return to The Dream - we have been to Lanzarote a few times and this is the nicest villa we have stayed in. I hope to return.

We stayed in the rental for two weeks and cant wait to go back : villa already booked for April for two weeks again. This is absolutely the best villa in Lanzarote. Everything is so close and yet the location in amazing! The view is unbelievable and it is oh so peaceful there. Enjoy the luxury - look no further - this is the villa you want!

Unforgettable Views and Luxury
The rental is a seaside paradise in the prestigious Risco Prieto area. We were captivated by the uninterrupted sea views and the proximity to Old Carmen's amenities.
