Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We were a full group of 12 celebrating my dad’s birthday and this villa couldn’t have been a better choice. The pool area was spotless, loads of space for sunbathing, and the kids lived in the water. Inside, the big sofas and that long dining table made it easy for all of us to eat together. We used the kitchen a lot and it had everything we needed. One evening we asked the agency for tips on local restaurants and they pointed us toward a great seafood place in the port. Days out were simple - beaches close by, shops nearby, and plenty of room to relax when we stayed in. Would book again for sure.

Perfect base for our Lanzarote break
We travelled as three couples plus a few teens and the layout made it really comfortable for everyone. The master room with terrace access was a favourite, but honestly all rooms were good sized and quiet. Most mornings we’d have breakfast by the big pool before heading to Playa Grande or taking a trip up to Timanfaya. The living room was ideal for late-night chats and the long table fit our whole group easily. The heated pool made evenings super relaxing too. Really felt like a proper home, not a rental.

Great villa in Lanzarote
Stayed here for a full week with 10 of us and didn’t feel crowded at all. The kitchen was super handy for cooking dinners together, and we ate outside most nights because the terraces were such a chill spot. Loved being able to walk to the Old Town for seafood. Booking was smooth and quick, really appreciated how simple everything felt.

We came as a big family group and the place worked so well for all of us. The pool was warm every morning and the terraces were perfect for hanging out after beach days at Playa Grande. Bedrooms were comfy and spread out so everyone had space. Honestly one of the easiest holidays we’ve had.

Memorable Group Getaway
The rental was the ideal choice for our group getaway. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the outdoor terraces made for memorable al fresco dining experiences. The living room's seating was welcoming, and the dining area was perfect for group meals. The bedrooms provided comfort for everyone in our party. We had an unforgettable stay here.
