Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
First time in Lanzarote and couldn’t have picked a better place! The villa is stunning, and the heated pool made a huge difference. Loved having a sauna and hot tub right there. We got a welcome pack with drinks and snacks, which was such a nice touch! Can’t wait to book again!

Perfect mix of peace & fun
This villa is in the perfect spot - close to the nightlife in Puerto del Carmen but tucked away in a quiet area. The pool is amazing, and the outdoor space is perfect for chilling with a drink. The booking process was super easy, and we even got some great local tips from the concierge team. One of the best holidays we’ve had!

Relaxing, spacious, and well-located
We were a group of 8 friends, and this villa fit us perfectly. The bedrooms are comfy, and the two lounges gave us plenty of space to hang out. The terrace with the hot tub and music system was a highlight, especially in the evenings! Loved how easy the check-in process was - the agency was really helpful with everything.

Great place for a family getaway
Stayed here for a week with my family, and it was perfect! The villa is huge, super clean, and has everything you need. Pool was warm, the kids loved it! Walked to the beach almost every day, and there are loads of nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Absolute paradise in Lanzarote!
The house was everything we hoped for and more! The pool is massive, and the heated water was a game changer for evening swims. Loved the BBQ area and hot tub - we spent most of our time outside just chilling. The location is spot on, close enough to walk to the beach and shops, but in a quiet area for total relaxation. Already thinking about coming back next year!
