The second bedroom offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bath, and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, while the lounge and dining area provide comfortable seating, a dining table, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and satellite channels. A utility area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron adds convenience.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
We just got back from a week at this home and we’re already talking about going back! The villa had everything we needed, and the private pool was just perfect. The location is ideal-close to the beach and tons of great restaurants. The Jacuzzi bath in the bedroom was a nice touch after a day of sightseeing. Great for families!
Stayed here with the family and it was perfect! The villa is super modern and had enough space for all of us. The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the proximity to the beach and local restaurants. The air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver during the hot days! The team was really helpful with the airport transfers and getting us set up with activities.

Perfect getaway!
We had an awesome time here! The villa is in a great location, and we loved being able to walk to Playa Grande Beach for a swim. Ideal location and super comfy!
Loved our stay at this villa! The villa is so close to everything-the beach, restaurants, and the shops. The pool was amazing, and we spent a lot of time just chilling by it. The villa was really modern, super comfy, and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

The best for us- again
We stayed christmas for two weeks. This was our second stay in this same place. Everything was perfect again. Days go by with the sun and the tennis ja some other stuff. We had a rental car from Autoreisen and the carcompany was realible too. The villa itself is very lovely and the view is breathtaking.
