This bright and airy villa accommodates up to six guests and is situated on a prestigious 6,000 m² plot featuring mature gardens and a private solar-heated pool measuring 10 x 5 meters. Contemporary décor and stylish yet simple furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The spacious open-plan living and dining area boasts magnificent ocean views, with large patio doors opening onto a shaded terrace ideal for outdoor relaxation and dining.
The fully equipped modern kitchen is designed for effortless self-catering, including an oven, hob, grill, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Double doors lead directly to the terrace, barbecue, and outdoor dining area, while a separate laundry room with washing machine and external drying patio adds practical convenience. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, docking station, and safe.
All bedrooms feature ceiling fans and stunning sea views. The master suite includes a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower/wet room, and double patio doors onto the shaded terrace. The second en-suite bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobe, patio doors, and a shower/wet room. The third bedroom also has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and double patio doors. Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment Policy Reservations can be paid either in full at the time of booking or split into two installments. A deposit of 50% is required within 2 days to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than two weeks before your arrival. For bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately.
Cancellation Terms Refunds are applied according to the notice period: 1. Bookings cancelled 2 weeks before arrival are eligible for 100% refund. 2. Bookings cancelled 1 week before arrival are eligible for 70% refund. 3. Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before arrival are not eligible for a refund unless we book the same dates to another guest, in that case a 100% refund will be issued via bank transfer.
Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in is from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability. When not possible, luggage storage may be offered.
Pricing Transparency All direct bookings are free from hidden charges. No commission, booking, or service fees apply, ensuring clear and transparent pricing.
Security deposit
A security deposit applies to this property and will be returned within 7 days after departure. The full amount will be refunded by credit card or bank transfer, provided the property is left in good condition following inspection.
This hideaway was the perfect escape for our family. The villa is spacious, with each room offering incredible views of the ocean. We loved the outdoor space-spending time by the pool with a drink in hand while gazing at the ocean was the highlight of our trip. The location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore, including Timanfaya National Park, the beach, and the marina. The whole experience, from booking to the stay, was seamless and luxurious. We will definitely be back!

Luxury and Comfort in a Prime Location!
This cozy place exceeded all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the villa were simply stunning, and the villa itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished. We made full use of the outdoor spaces, with the large solar-heated pool and covered terrace providing a perfect place to relax and entertain. The location was fantastic, with Puerto Calero Marina offering excellent shops and restaurants, and Playa Grande beach just a short drive away. This villa was everything we hoped for and more!

Perfect Getaway with Stunning Views!
The villa was the ideal location for our Lanzarote vacation. The villa was so comfortable, and the contemporary décor made it feel like a true luxury retreat. We loved lounging by the solar-heated pool and soaking in the ocean views. The bedrooms were spacious and all had sea views, which made waking up each day a treat! We enjoyed dining outdoors on the shaded terrace and the BBQ was perfect for evening meals. Being close to the beach and marina was a great bonus. Highly recommend this beautiful villa!

A Dream Vacation at this retreat!
We had an unforgettable stay at this hideaway! The villa is beautifully situated with panoramic ocean views that took our breath away every morning. The spacious, open-plan living and dining area was perfect for family gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The pool area was a highlight-spending our afternoons there was pure relaxation. Playa Grande and the Puerto Calero Marina are just a short drive away, offering plenty of activities, shopping, and dining. A perfect holiday destination!

I've just had the most amazing 7 days with my family! The villa is absolutely fantastic, very luxurious, really high spec with everything we needed. We were greated by the lovely Maria who couldn't do enough for you. The welcome pack was really informative with lots of useful information.
